Accommodation type: Chestnut
Chestnut lodge had gorgeous views , a fantastic hot tub and everything you could possibly need for a family break. The only recommendation I would make is to make one of the double bedrooms another twin room as we had to take a camp bed, none of my kids would share a bed. However everyone slept well and I was very impressed with how spacious the lodge was.

Lovely location down quiet country roads. Plenty of wildlife about on site. Lodge very clean on arrival, although door mat could do with being a tad larger when the weather is not so good, especially when coming back in with a dog.

Was a very lovely lodge indeed and well worth the money, however the road leading to the lodges is very poor and not that easy for non 4x4 's to use .A single track with not many areas to pass and i had an incident with slme horses where my car was dsmaged.

Dan
