Fun Days Out in Inverness-Shire

Landmark Theme Park is a popular family attraction in Scotland and is a great choice for those with children of varied ages. The site is packed with attractions to keep the whole family amused. Landmark is rather unique as a theme park as it is based around nature. Activities include Tree Topping and Rock climbing although there are also some more traditional theme park rides such as a log flume. The park is abundant with nature including Red Squirrels and Clydesdale Horses and there is also a new Pinewood Grill for tasty snacks and a Gift Shop.

The amazing Loudoun Castle Theme Park is the largest in Scotland taking up a staggering 500 acres of glorious countryside. The park is suitable for visitors of all ages and has an excellent choice of rides including thrilling Rollercoasters. The site also hosts some fantastic family shows including the popular 'Walk the Plank' High Dive Show.  This place is much more than a theme park though, and younger children in particular will love the Dougal McDougal's farm area where the inhabitants include friendly goats, pigs and llamas as well as rabbits and other small pets.

Great lodge, everything you could need, well looked after and clean. Really good views over Beauly Firth from the balcony. Hot tub was amazing and very private.
Laura
A beautiful lodge with stunning views. The lodge was clean, well maintained and well equipped. The hot tub was soooo relaxing and we would love to return again.
Sheila
Fantastic luxurious lodge , gadget lovers paradise ! fabulous views - very private inside and out ! everything you need for a comfortable stay. The only downside I would say being a pet owner is that the outside wasn't completely enclosed so we couldn't let him roam in our bit......plus no where to walk from the site - but this did not stop us really having a fantastic time.
Joyce
We had a great weekend in a gorgeous lodge with fabulous views. It was within a few miles of Inverness and made a great base for touring around the area.
Fiona
