Holywell Bay Fun Park

This fun park makes a really energetic day out with rides, pitch and putt and a kids zone.  Some of the highlights include the Thunder Racing Track and the Blaster Boats.  The F1 racing karts are also very popular.  Younger kids will like the kiddy karts and the trampolines.  Located in the Newquay area this attraction is easily accessible from the M5.  You can purchase Bulk Tokens for rides on their website to save money and download a golden ticket.

The Monkey Sanctuary

This attraction is really unique in that you have the opportunity to gain a rare insight into a working sanctuary.  You can see first hand all of the fantastic work carried out as well as seeing the monkeys themselves.  Other popular areas of this attraction include the Bat Cave and Wildlife Room. the Wildlife Gardens and the kids play area.  There is something for everyone at The Monkey Sanctuary and you can also sponsor and donate if you wish.  The cost to adopt a monkey is from just £2 a month.

Holywell Bay Fun Park

Holywell Bay Fun Park has been one of South Cornwall's most popular attractions for many years and features a good range of rides for children of all ages. As well as fairground rides and Go- Karts there are plenty of places for family fun including the Maze, Bumper Boats and Lazar Shooting area. If the weather is not great visitors can simply head inside as there are plenty of indoor activities including a large Soft Play Area and a thrilling Climbing Wall. With no entrance fee this park is a good budget friendly option too.

Paradise Park

Paradise Park first opened its doors in Cornwall in 1973 and has been one of the regions top attractions ever since. What was once just a tropical bird garden is now a refuge for many different species of animal and aims to be educational as well as fun for its visitors. The inhabitants include some typical UK creatures including Otters, and Red Squirrels as well as some more unusual and rare animals including Red Pandas. Younger children will enjoy meeting the friendly animals in the farm area. The site has recently been extended and now also has a fantastic Jungle Barn where kids can let of steam.

Flambards Experience Cornwall

A fantastic attraction with something for everyone.  Combining rides, activities and exhibitions it's all here in the one place. Look out for seasonal events too such as the Fire in the Sky event on 27th October 2010 - discount advance tickets are available for most of the events so don't forget to check out their website.  Some of the most popular thrill rides include the first Twisting Droptower in the UK called the Skyraker 001.  The Hornert Rollercoaster is also not to be missed.

Dairyland Farm World

Open from end March to end October this is a lovely attraction suited to families with kids of all ages.  You don't need to worry about the weather either as this is an all weather attraction with the addition of soft play areas and a ball pool for the little ones.  Some of the highlights include the Bull Pen indoor play area, the Raging Bulls Ride, Pat-aPet and the Mini tractors.  Of course there is also the opportunity to get up close to the farm animals and try some bottle feeding.

The Eden Project

The Eden Project is a fantastic local attraction in Cornwall which will appeal to families and couples.  From the moment you step through the entrance it's clear that this is no ordinary attraction.  All under one roof you will find a giant rainforest, Horticulture courses, rock climbing, ice skating and an arts cafe.  Not all of these activities are on at one time, they are staggered throughout the year so check out the website to see what's available when you plan to visit.  Autumn at Eden is very popular with events such as daily apple pressing and Time Changing Tales (story telling with an autumn theme).

Booked again almost as soon as I got home. It's just lovely - don't even care if it rains, it just adds to the atmosphere - and you can always find somewhere to go where weather does not matter

I really liked the bungalow. It was clean and plenty big enough and I liked the little patio area out of the back. It was well equipped in terms of dishwasher, washing machine, microwave. I can niggle a little bit about the lack of measuring jug or garlic press but, I was on holiday so was never going to do an awful lot of cooking - not with a great chip shop in the town and plenty of pizza opportunities on-site - not to mention lovely pubs nearby. For the accommodation itself, I think I would be disappointed if I'd spent that on just a holiday cottage but actually, it was the park itself and the use of the swimming pool and entertainment for the kids that made it value for money. It's a bit soul-less and bland.. but we're only sleeping there and it was nice enough so perfectly chuffed.

Could live in it. Excelent.
We absolutely loved it and will be back again!
Great holiday with family and friends in spacious apartment.
Friendly staff, good accommodation, nice location and sunny and warm in February... Would definitely recommend. Trevor and family of Birmingham
We told the park we were arriving late and they made sure that they had keys ready for us, everyone we spoke to was very helpful and pleasant. The apartment was fantastic....very spacious and just perfect for us....to be honest it could do with a bit of a make over but it was fine for the week..... The location was great, only a 10 minute walk into the village, there is 2 pubs, 3 shops a butchers a tea room. That also doubles up as a chippy....we had breakfast in the tea room and it was fanstatic...we also had dinner in the pub down the road and it was fanstatic too... You can get the bus into Bude and takes 20 mins....buses are limited coming back, but it was ok.
It’s more then amazing . We had great time
just top place for half term single dad 2 kid
Very nice stay. The jacuzzi could of been warmer. However the accommodation was really good value for money.
nice place, good staff.
Lovely location, we didn't try all the facilities as some were not available as low season but pool and pizza shack were good. The lodges are quite close together - I would prefer a bit more privacy if it was busy summer season
