Mark, Leeds
Date of stay: 17th September 2018
We stayed in a lodge in the Abbots Green part of the site. The lodge was spotless and felt almost like new. The lounge area was cosy and inviting. The kitchen had everything we needed to self-cater evening meals and cooked breakfasts. The beds were comfy and bathrooms clean. We brought our own travel cot and there was space in the twin bedroom to put it up in there. It wasn't warm enough to sit out on the porch for long - but we noticed it was all fenced in with gates so is ideal for anyone with small children to keep captive!

No complaints really. Our only very minor quibbles would be the lack of hand soap in the lodge (we forgot to bring our own) and the cups provided in the kitchen look nice but are a really bad design with a tiny handle near the top (almost impossible to carry without spilling). My advice would be to stock some big ol' mugs in the cupboard for a proper Yorkshire tea!
