Fishers Farm Park is an award winning attraction which is ideal for families with younger children as well as for animal lovers. The site is a great place to visit during the summer and many families choose to take a picnic although there is also a café. There are many breeds of friendly farm animals to meet including Cattle, Sheep and Pigs and well as some more cute and cuddly creatures in the Pets Corner. During school holidays the farm offers activities such as face painting, Easter egg making and treasure hunts.

Harbour Park in West Sussex is an excellent choice for a family day trip whether you live close by or are on holiday in the region. The park is suitable in all weathers with outdoor attractions including a Roller Coaster, a panning for gold area, water chute and adventure golf. Indoors visitors can enjoy a soft play area and amusement arcade as well as a cafe.

Arundel Wetlands Centre in West Sussex offers families the chance to enjoy a fun packed and educational day out while also getting close to nature. This centre is home to many species of wildfowl and different species can be seen at different times of the year as they migrate to and from their breeding grounds. The centre also has many year round residents some of whom are quite tame and can be fed by hand. During school holidays and at weekends in the summer, the centre holds activity days where children can enjoy educational talks, pond dipping and crafting sessions.
