We stayed in the one bedroom Caravan which was in a fairly poor condition and not very clean. It was also just off the main site and away from our other family which was a shame. We have stayed in other parks where the caravan has been much nicer and in better condition.

- The bigger carvan should have a bigger screen TV. The TV screen of our carvan was too small for the size of a carvan and that too for two occupants. - The local grocery shop should contain the basic use items. They didnt have the eggs and sun cream with 50+ number instead they have only 20+ number. - The hot water sink tap in the smaller toilet was loose and free to rotate. The shower holder was loose and shower head was falling down repeatedly during shower. Some of the spot lights in the caravan were not working, seem to be fused. These discrepancies should have been inspected and fixed before our check in. - The mattress of the double bed was too soft and was not comfortable for use by two people.

This place is a hidden gem. The location is perfect for a peaceful break away from everything. The views are beautiful and the beach is picture postcard. The caravan was lovely. Perfectly equipped, warm and spotlessly clean. Our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer.

We had problem with hot water caused by was storm Babet, which was sorted by member staff at 23:00, which we were very gratefull for his dedication. We enjoyed breakfast and dinners in pub, loved coffee. utilities like laundrynette , recycling area well organized nad clean. The dogs are not our thing and we were surprised how many dogs people bring to Cornwall all together ie St Ives. They should be considerate that some got traumatic memories and not everyone needs to adore them like they do. All owners of dogs in the park were good, so we felt relaxed. Despite storm we had safe and warm hideaway in this caravan.

Had a great time, caravan was exactly what you want on holiday, with decking all around. Very peaceful and quiet..the camp also clean, staff very helpful, would recommend that the breakfast menu be more diverse.. by being told if you don't want beans you can have tomatoes, and maybe tea or coffee in with the deal.. but overall a great location, and a great holiday. i will be going back there next year.

Was awful, if it wasnt for the beach right next to us it would have been a complete failure, staff were either, not helpful or completely not there, pool was abysmal, food wasnt good, service for said food was dreadful. Been to many holiday parks and this was by far the worst, cooker didnt work properly, heater was shockingly bad, other than it was quite a nice caravan, shame that things in it didnt work properly, oh and shower door got stuck and broke too. Overall wouldnt recommend this site. We left 2 days early and there were no staff to drop key back at 1.30 in afternoon so had to drop key in letterbox.

Excellent time in this place. Beach not far away only 5 min walk. Be careful when u going to order toasts, for two and small block of butter I've paid £3, that is ridiculously expensive specially if u want add on top of your breakfast where only one is included. Otherwise I'm happy I choose to stay in the resort.

I did not really think it was worth more then a caravan my brother had which cost over £200 cheaper. The dirty nappy in the cupboard was not nice to find and one of the beds wasn't even made. After a 9 hour journey we then had to make a bed and clean the cupboards... not a great Start.

Great holiday happy with the caravan and site. Food and drink too expensive tho. The on site shop a rip off way too expensive. Go to tesco or sainsbury's in helston and stock up. Great holiday tho staff very friendly and helpful. Great base to explore the beautiful countryside and beaches. Would highly recommend sea acres.
