Excellent lodge. So spacious, comfortable and clean.There were some impressive Bluetooth speakers in the ceiling that play the tv sound through however these kept looping out every 10 minutes for around 1 minute. Not sure why.But everything else was great.

If you follow your sat nav you wmay potentially end up driving down a disgraceful pot holed lane. Staff lovely on arrival. Site very clean and tidy. We don't have a dog and ended up in a pet friendly caravan (only accommodation available) and probably wouldn't again as the smell never quite goes.Caravan is described as luxury (it isn't). It was very clean, very tidy, a little bland. Sofa bed (not sure what that's for in a four berth van with a double and two singles?) very uncomfortable to sit on. TV in lounge old and basic. Chairs quite worn. Outdoor furniture excellent. Bed OK but mattress definitely doesn't fit in with luxury description. Can't decide whether it's old or just cheap.Overall, we were happy with our stay and would go again.

Really clean considering it was a dog lodge. Was very happy with the space and facilities.

Our lodge hadnt been hoovered, but I found one in the cupboard and hoovered it myself. We had no heating or hot water on the last night but waited to phone the emergency number first thing the following morning, and someone came immediately. The lodge had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay.

Very clean with good shower drainage. TVs in the bedrooms and washing machine and dishwasher provided a home from home experience.

We stayed for xmas which we have never done. We absolutely recommend this as we will be doin it next year. The caravan we stayed in was perfect and made our xmas so so special. There was no faults at all thanks so so much
