All I can say is the apartment was fantastic mattresses could do with being a bit softer other than that every part of our holiday was perfect ...big shout out the the door staff one in particular he was so understanding with my little boy who has autism and formed a good bond 10 for him xx

Comfortable beds and pillows, very clean accommodation. The property had everything we needed. We weren't keen on having crazy golf in front of us and being next to the kids play park. However neither of these caused us a problem, just a preference.

Fab time we will be back-great base not a scenic site but the beach is soo beautiful nearby and the caravan was modern and nicest we have had anywhere. Site was very clean and well maintained.

The house was clean enough although as most places go you always encounter a few things you just wonder how they were missed. Walls cracked, bathroom walls stained from watermarks, few debris behind the sofa and marks on walls. The house was alleged to have been super Covid cleaned to which I had expected better but in general it was ok and I found not worth complaining about. Kitchen accessories were plenty and for a base use that we had it for it was fine. I had expected worse. I would stay again.

Good, most of the staff were friendly and helpful. We didn't know we had to book for swimming so missed out. Living accommodation was clean and modern. Overall it was great and close enough to walk to the beach. Would go again.

Booked a short caravan holiday for myself and young daughter. There were limited things open due to Covid19 so can't comment much on facilities. But staff where making best of situation with bingo on etc.
The staff were friendly and generally helpful.
One big disappointment
was that Parking by the caravans isn't guaranteed albeit i was told it was originally on the telephone.
Its first come first serve to parking. If a neighbouring caravan has two car loads, you may struggle to park.
Over all, a nice location all run well with nice staff in difficult conditions. Shame no pool open nor and entertainment. But i knew this before booking.
Price wise, not the cheapest, especially considering no facilities open. But enjoyed our stay.

The passes are a bit useless as you need to pay for most activities anyway. But the rooms were very clean not a hair to be found. Staff were very friendly and helpful other than the one larger man at the gate was very rude and not helpful at all.
The place was very nice we didnt get to see all just because of covid restrictions but would definitely stay again and for longer.

One tiny bit of advice would be that the bathroom needs hooks or a shelf where you can put your toiletries and toothbrush.

Brilliant holiday very helpful staff. As I'm a wheelchair user it was lovely that we were given help to the apartment and on leaving with luggage. Staff at bar helpful as I have a dairy free diet. Able to have soya milk in my drinks which is unusual as I have to bring some with me usually when out and about.
