Lovely place with the massive benefit of a day boat to cruise the broads. The bungalow was clean, had all the facilities we needed, sun was in the garden all day. Plenty of good fishing in the boatyard which is a 1 minute walk from the property. Will be booking again for next year.

Fabulous place! The lodge is clean and comfortable, the included day launch is a fantastic addition for our holiday enjoyment. The staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful. Great location too. Highly recommend.

Summer Vale is very clean and comfortable. It is well furnished although it could do with a hook on the bathroom door. The kitchen is very well equipped - it's small but they've really made the most of the space and it's spotlessly clean. The bedding provided is excellent quality. It's fabulous having our own day launch for the holiday and the position of the lodge is excellent being just off the main river. It's easy to get to the centre of Wroxham either by boat, on foot or by car.
The provision of towels would be an extra convenience, as they take up so much room in the car and WiFi would make the holiday perfect (says my son!)
