Only complaint, poor TV quality.

Settee could do with replacing as sank to one side when sat on them so not very comfortable & also mattress in main bedroom sank in the middle

Just two comments:The over-bath shower was not very powerful and at times just s trickle. The plug in the basin in the bathroom didnt fit tightly and allowed the water to run away.We were in lodge No.19.

Lovely quiet place, the Lodges well spaced. Staff very helpful. Grounds well kept and Lovely stream running along the entrace drive to the Reception. The Reteat is not far from Park and Ride that takes you in to Bath. We had a fabulous time and will definitely be going again.

As on previous page for facilities, Bath room had a very bad smell when we arrived this was delt with on the second day. TV would not load this was delt with quickly

The lodge was amazing 3 beautiful bedrooms one being on suite. Bed was really comfortable facilities in the lodge ate fantastic washing machine & dishwasher ironing facilities you don't usually get these on other holiday fir us having a 4 month old baby the washing machine came in handy

We had a lovely week away, the lodge is one of the best we have stayed in. The surrounding area is beautiful, everything we needed and so close to Bath. The staff were helpful and friendly. Will definitely come back here again.

Quality furnishings, comfortable bed & fluffy towels adding a tray would be a bonus, especially for breakfast in bed!

Extremely comfortable lodge

Ideal to walk into Bath if you fancy unfortunately, there were no toiletries provided and the internal of the lodge requires a full makeover as it is showing a lot of signs of wear.

The lodge was clean, if a little sparse on soft furnishing, ie cushions etc. The kitchen was spotless, however the bottom of the shower doors in the en-suite were very grubby.Being picky the windows needed cleaning.We were disappointed that we couldnt access SECURE wi-if connection - this should be made clear when booking.

Great lodge with everything you need, showers arent very powerful but bath is a good size.

Comfortable lodge for a short break but may be too basic for anything longer as there are limited self catering facilities. The toilet did seem to have a bit of an odour, but suspect that was due to the excess rain that the area has had over recent weeks. Otherwise all good.

The lodge is always immaculate and it is stunning, super cosy. Very good value for money! The only thing I would change would be an oven or some sort of cooking facility in the kitchen as the one evening we stayed in and would have liked to of cooked - but we just popped to the shops so want a big deal we still love it here and cannot complain about anything. Definitely recommend and no doubt will be back ????

Really comfortable beds. Sofa is slippery and a bit uncomfortable, but not a deal breaker!

Lodge was dusty and carpets unclean causing dog to itch.

Lovely size lodge. Stayed with 2 children and 2 couples. Lodge is big enough to not be on top of each other with lots of living space. Kitchens big enough to prepare meals too.

Bath mills is a lovely place to stay . As we have already booked our return stay .

We had a lovely stay in Norland Lodge the setting was beautiful, lovely walks nearby, 2 Park and Rides a 5 minute drive away which takes you straight into BathLovely on site facilities, serving lunch, dinner and drinks, closed a little too early so not ideal if you wanted to come back for a late drink, well looked after although my only complaint would be when cleaning they need to move some of the furniture and get rid of the cobwebs! Very comfortable and plenty of storage we were there for 4 nights, if visiting Bath again would definitely stay at Mill Lodge, Newton Farm Shop for breakfast is brilliant and again only 5 mins drive away and also a lovely pub The Globe is also only a few minutes drive away and does fabulous food. All in all a fabulous four days and would definitely recommend Thank you for a great stay!

Very, very nice. Very clean, warm with everything you could have wanted from a short break. Would love to return.

Could do with some cushions on the sofa

The lodge was really comfortable, clean and presentable. Shame the weather didnt allow us to use the outside balcony or BBQ!! ????????

Beautiful Lodge, riverside views. Two bedrooms with very comfortable super king beds.Matching ensuites with waterfall showers and whirlpool baths.Lots of soft towels. Generous decking with table, chairs,. Outdoor sofa and gas BBQ..

On arrival check in was easy and staff welcoming, lodge was in a good location but found it needed updating as some areas were damaged and worn , curtains in lounge were dirty and both toilets were very smelly but once I cleaned them with bleach the smell went away , the pub was quiet and found no atmosphere, staff not welcoming at all, no smile and didnt even attempt to make any conversation, on ordering drinks the lady walked away and answered the phone which I found very rude and unprofessional, another member of staff after a few minutes then came over to finish my order, unfortunately the weather was terrible so we couldnt go out so we headed home a day earlier as we found out the pub closed at 5pm on Sundays
