The caravan was clean and cozy and had easy to operate settings. Making the heating, shower etc really easy to figure out. All the beds were made up on arrival andAlthough we only had 4 people staying there was plenty of room and there was enough space for 2 more In the living room without it being too much of a squeeze. The Wi-Fi availability within the caravan was a nice unexpected touch.

Overall a nice place to stay but prices of stay are wildly inflated for school holiday stays

Positives:We stayed here last week for 4 nights and generally had a great time. The positives were that the caravan was clean, the site had plenty of things to do and is close to various attractions and activities. The on site arcade, bar and pool were all very good and our kids loved the amusements and in site staff, especially the entertainment team. Negatives:When we arrived there was no one around to check us in. We arrived just after 17:30pm on a Thursday and all facilities were closed. I rang the general enquiries line and they advised someone would be with us soon. We didn't have to wait too long, but it was not what we were expecting. We were also put into a caravan that was not what we expected: we had booked a superior caravan but what we got seemed quite basic, and did not look like what was advertised on the site (I appreciate that pictures will not fully represent all the caravans of that style, but there were clear differences in quality). We did query the caravan to check we had been given the right one, and we were told it was correct. There was not much else we could do, so we accepted the caravan, but it would make us reluctant to book this type of caravan again. All in all, the experience wasn't hampered too much by it, but it wasn't the start we wanted to the holiday.

Cannot fault this van and its definetly worth it to upgrade, Ill never go basic again , only thing I can fault is it wud of been nice to have pillow protectors and a mattress topper, but apart from that vry comfortable and warm. Also we turned the water down as our 3 year old but the hot tap on n it was vry hot for her. Loved it though lots of room too

We didnt have the pet free caravan when we arrived. It was a chalet which had a trace of pet hair . This meant one child had to sleep on a sofa bed the linen wasnt there for this. We asked for linen the next day when the office was open and got this promptly. The mattresses were thin and uncomfortable. Staff were pleasant. Club room was good. Entertainment was good. Pool was a little small. Location was good.

Food was pricey, and underwhelming! Staff were friendly and helpful all over the resort, especially the pool staff! Caravan was lovely and clean although beds could do with new mattresses! We did enjoy our stay, but not sure if wed return.

Supposed to be a luxury 8 it most certainly was not luxury very disappointed with the caravan especially the price I paid

We booked and payed for a luxury 8 birth 3 bed caravan but were contacted on the morning of our holiday to say that us was not available. We had already travelled half way and felt we had to accept the alternative accommodation offered. This was a 2 bed caravan but we were told it was like for like and if the same luxury quality, it was not. There was no outside space or decking for our dog (as per original booking), the van was not of the same quality and was very basic and the location was opposite the amenities and very noisy with no privacy. We didnt have adequate bedding or any cleaning items as was stated on the booking. Also, I had to sleep in the lounge and this was far from ideal. The difference in price was refunded, however £50 seems incredibly low for the level of downgrade, last minute notice, inconvenience and stress. I will never book with this company again.

For the price I paid for the caravan I didn't think they was anything luxury about it

The caravan was lively and spacious. Plus it was ???? friendly. Bed comfortable. Only one complaint they was no door between the lounge and the rest of the caravan. But all in all we enjoyed our break.

Due to benign August it was extremely busy at check in. My friend and I waited for a while as there were caravans that paid for late check out but this had proposed ours being cleaned. However bin wasnt emptied on arrival, previous food left in cupboard and no change of laundry bucket (soap/towel/bin bags) - they did drop off one when asked.Really gutted that when booking our selfs and our friends who we only see once a year, we booked the same ones and in the same area. Although we had been upgraded to a nicer caravan, this meant that they were a 10 minute walk in a different section, making the holiday a little harder to enjoy.I will add though all staff are lovely.

It certainly was not a superior caravan very basic my feelings are it was changed because I showed frustration at having to wait one and a half hours to get the key

We had a great holiday and the maintenance staff are brilliant. The beds are so tired they must invest in new mattresses. Steve the pool manager is the nicest man and should be given an award for how helpful and welcoming he is. Bar staff need some training. Receptionist isn't friendly at all! How she remains in a front of house position is beyond me. She almost made us drive home with her attitude. Entertainment was amusing and we loved the colour throw. Chip shop standard for seaside. Clean site in a good location. Toilets in the bar and amusement area need locks. Changing in the pool area is hopeless, but pool is good albeit cold. Launderette is pricy and most of the machines were broken. I'd say for a bit of investment this place could be great, at present it's OK.

Very poor value for money. Cramped, basic, dirty. Dirty bowls and glasses in the cupboard. One bowl contained the remnants of a tin of tomato soup! No baking tray for the oven. Cleaners had left a mop and bucket in the kitchen. Broken blind in the dining area. Wouldnt return.

The caravan its self just wasnt that good very uncomfortable couch not easy to access as it was in the middle row. Not much light around it. Bathrooms very small. It was just disappointing as the pictures made it look amazing. But over all we had a good holiday
