Lovely clean and tidy caravan

Very cosy caravan in a quiet location in the grounds of the Bay Horse Pub.Hoseasons details has a dish washer and washing machine - which sadly it doesnt, confirmed by the management company.Love to rebook again in the near future.

The Chester is lovely clean caravan. There was no washing machine or dishwasher, according to the info on the internet there is. ???? The bedroom could do with blackout curtains because of the pub light that was on all night. Blinds needed at the front windows because there is a unit directly across & they looked in. Lovely peaceful area, you can walk down under the main rd to the next little village or the garage shop which was very nice. Didn't get to use the pub ???? we were there 2 weeks but it went very quick! It would have been nice to have a cleaner half way through if just to hoover floor & clean the bathroom.

Damp, leaking shower, full of bugs. Dirty decking area and furniture, crumbs all over the floor, didnt look to be hoovered at all. Mould on curtains. We arrived Monday 5pm and had left by Wednesday 5pm! Hoeseasons communication has been awful, contacted them 6 days again and no reply! Will not use again

Absolutely beautiful relaxing place ! Will be booking again , we stayed in the dog friendly lodge , our 2 dogs loved it , only negative was no gate on decking area , but we just went outside with them . So from me my daughter , Bentley & Bear thank you , a must stay !! ????

Having 2 dogs and a 16month baby was difficult with the property Having no gate also no Internet was not good in these days. If a gate was added to this property I would definitely book again

We had a fabulous week in the Lodge, very comfortable and everything you need for a week away.

Really disappointed this time staying in the York lodge again. Absolutely loved it the first time we stayed was immaculate comfy big L-shaped sofa. This time walked In didnt smell fresh and clean. The sofa was two wrecked leather sofas they were scratched to bits and leather missing.Id have it put in the dump. The kitchen tap was so loose and it dripped from the moment we arrived.We went to the Bay Horse Pub on the first day of arriving after travelling for 6 hours we though we will walk to the pub and get tea. To be told the kitchen is shut till mid November for refurbishment. Doesnt state this on website or on the board outside. So that was a huge disappointment aswell.

Lodge was very clean and comfortable only fault is that in description it says it has ensuite shower room to master bedroom and it is only a toilet and basin otherwise lovely lodge.

Great place for a relaxing holiday without hussle & bustle but near enough to a City .

Lovely site, we would certainly recommend. Although blinds were throughout the caravan. Which was good. Curtains might have darkened the bedrooms in the light mornings.

Very nice lodge, clean and tidy, very relaxing, will certainly come again. Just a shame everything was shut but could not be helped.

Came to relax, and we did that easily, and in very comfortable surroundings.

Having said all the above and we did thoroughly enjoy our stay, we were unaware where Arnold was and we were taking a friend away for her 50th. We realised several weeks before that we were only 18 miles away and tried to change location if stay with Hoseasons direct, and were told it was not possible as it was within the 10 weeks of arrival, which given the circumstances I felt was a bit uncooperative.

Ascot was really good for us as we had three adults and two 5 year olds. The layout and space was excellent.

The lady at on site pub was marvelous, polite and so helpful. Thankyou again for a wonderful time. Much appreciated.
Please try this place for a relaxing time. Market in local town on Saturdays. Only 4 accomadatins so extremely quiet and private. All it can say it was wonderful thanks for making our stay so nice.
