The caravan was appalling, the net curtains were torn and extremely old and dirty streaks of yellow on what should have been white ,the only thing that's was put right was the torn one. The sofa's were so old they no longer had any cushioning in them and were very dirty. We had to use the pillows from the beds to enable us to sit on them. The overall cleanliness wasn't good at all . The cushioning around the table had no material at the back of them and the back and seating kept coming off, it should have had velcro keeping it attached but looks as if this had been in an unusable state for a long time. The kitchen are was ok but the chopping board had nothing under it to stop it coming off the work top. The grill was useless and kept going out while trying to cook taking an absolute ridiculous time to try and cook anything. The only way to cook in the oven was to have It on full temperature. It was an 8 berth caravan and only had 1 toilet that was so small your knees touch the door . In the hallway the floor was spongy and felt it was going to collapse at any time. This was from obvious water damage. The maintenance man said nothing would be done because the vinyl would have to be lifted and require new laid The shower floor was so bad we all dreaded having a shower incase the floor gave way, it didn't help that the silicon had gaps in it so again the floor issue was through water ingress. The bedrooms were so small it was difficult to get dressed in . Should have been 2 bedroom not 3 . The double bed was very small and the singles were not single size and not suitable for adults. When a static caravan, gets to the state this was it should be removed and new bought in . If it hadn't been for the children I wouldn't have stayed. There was no WiFi available on our caravan even after paying for it and my daughter had daily phone conversation with the provider who did give her a refund but no WiFi saying as she was only there for the week there was no time to sort it. She will have to wait for 10 to 14 days for a refundWould you be happy spending so much for such an uncomfortable week just waiting for the next thing to go wrong. Please contact me if you need further clarification on any issues

Unfortunately I can't give a positive review. I was very disappointed with the mattresses and the rest of the fabrics in the caravan, which in turn made me leave the next day.

We had a lovely holiday. Unfortunately we were next to a very noisy family which did impact upon our sleep the first night and our ability to sit on the decking at times. The beach being so close was fantastic.

Loved everything about it, our accommodation was perfect for us, although the single beds were literally for small children, but we managed, locations was absolutely stunning, food was amazing, we ate on site twice (we were out the other days), staff very helpful (we arrived late but the guys came and sorted us out, no hairdryer in caravan but was given one when I called them up, nothing was an issue for them, very helpful, very friendly, nice little park for kids, beach 5-10 walk depending where your caravan is, would definitely go back.

A very comfortable and spacious caravan. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty bedding and pillows. A fully kitted kitchen and roomy bathroom.

Didnt use the pool. Homes were lovely but very small. Lounge seating area very uncomfortable. We ended up using pillows to sit on Restaurant food was lovely but the downside was that dogs were not allowed in the restaurant. So the restaurant missed out on people using it for breakfast as it was too cold to sit outside

That caravan was lovely and clean, the only thing that pulled it down to a 9 for fittings was (and I am unsure if this is the correct category!) the sheet on the bed. Both the husband and I are rollers when we sleep - the base sheet was a flat sheet - fitted sheet folks that is what is needed - we ended up sleeping on bare mattress by the time we were 10min in to our sleep! Other than that - park is the cleanest we have visited and we will be back.

Best holiday we have had for a while. Have booked again for next year. Perfect if you want a quiet break away and not bothered about arcades and theme parks. Plenty to do out and about even though places were affected by covid 19.

I have been a few times to this place ,before we used to get towels now either take your own or pay for the use of the parks ones , I think the caravans are clean one or two things can be improved, the vents in the caravans are sometimes clogged up and seeing a line around the shower room where the mop stops ,a steam mop would be better for these things ,it did not make my stay unhappy I just noticed it ,

Our mobile home was in very good condition and surprisingly spacious. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedding was decent. It would be helpful to guests to suggest that they bring washing up equipment as that is not provided. Personally, I fortunately remembered this from previous experience.

A great caravan, a good site with good dining and a fabulous beach

Restaurant only scored 1 because:- 1. Overcharged for drinks. 2. One meal was cold and 2 more were lukewarm. 3. The cold meal was sent back and replaced by another meal which was hot but a large dark hair was found in the dish. It makes you feel that the hair was put in the dish as to ?how did it get there. I was offered a replacement but was put off . all that was offered was'sorry' and a refund of the meal.
