OUR CHALET WAS PERFECT,LOVELY AND CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE.APART FROM NOT BEING ABLE TO LOCATE THE MUGS FOR A DRINK ON OUR ARRIVAL( AFTER ENQUIRING AT RECEPTION I WAS TOLD THE MUGS WERE "HIDDEN" IN THE SMALL CUPBOARD ABOVE THE MICROWAVE AND NOT WITH ALL THE OTHER CHINA FOR SOME BIZARRE REASON )..ONCE THIS WAS DEALT WITH WE COULD THEN RELAX AND ENJOY OUR BREAK.OVERALL I WOULD GIVE 10/10 FOR THIS ACCOMMODATION.

Nice holiday was value for money the chalet was small but clean and tidey the only criticism I would have is the chalet could do with a little more cupboard space, could make it a little clearer if towels where provided as we have stayed with hoseasons before and the towels were provided so this time we only took our swim towels and park dean dont seem to provide towels in the propertys so there was no towels this time around. Heated towel rail didnt seem to work in the property but other than these small things the property was lovely. The site was nice though could do with a little updating but loads to do for kids, restaurant was average and a little over priced for what it was, service was slow and the brought the wrong meals out at first so children ended up eating before we got served but they did rectify without any problem. The entertainment was fun for the children and smalls really loved this but drinks were. Little pricey. All in all we had a great break away and for the price we payed it was great but if we had payed full price I feel it would have been a little over priced. Will defiantly use hoseasons again though as I really like the company.

We stayed in a Sandgate 1 bed static caravan at Romney Sands. The park is very dated and there does not look to have been any effort made to make the park look nice. It was very grim. Our static smelled really strongly of dog. It was clean but the smell was constant. The static is pet friendly so I do not recommend staying if you are not bringing a dog. Bring a mattress cover as there was only a sheet. They stuff a winter duvet in the wardrobe so not sure where they think you will hang your clothes. The statics are really close together and you cant park right next to it. We kept the curtains shut. There were kids knocking and running away on our first night only. It was also right next to a basketball court which was very loud. Bring a fan to block out the noise. Its a shame the park is so grim as it is over the road from a lovely beach. We tried to stay out all day so we didnt have to spend much time there.

Chalet was great inside and equipped with everything needed. Outside was very scruffy a few slabs with discarded cigarette butts next to a dump of a chalet next door. Wouldnt take much for a tidy up and maybe an outdoor seat or two

Overal cleanliness was spot on but we needed to use the fold out bed and that had not been cleaned inside (pet hair/pet food etc), so had to sleep on the folded sofa

My wife and i took our 2 dogs with us and had a very nice relaxing weekend, we took some nice walks around the camp and along the beach,

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, the caravan was very welcoming, we arrived later than we expected and was welcomed by the light being left on and the heating was on, it was nice and warm.
The caravan was dog friendly and we were surprised how much space we had.

We are waiting for the season to open. we will definitely be coming back.

We did not make use of the facilities that were on offer, we had our dogs with us and did not want to leave them unattended, the clubhouse looked very welcoming and the swimming pool, maybe next time.

I own my own caravans on different parks and I've found that having tea coffee on arrival is very nice after travelling like us we travelled 5-6 hours and then found we had to wait to have a cup of tea or coffee. And have the right utensils like cheese grater, big pans to cook with it was an eight birth caravan and it needs to be kitted out to accommodate all sizes of parties. And all cobwebs should have been cleaned like on the light's that hang down on wires

A lovely resort and perfect for children. Great location and beach.
Only downside was not having Wi-fi in the caravan as the phone network was very hit and miss.
