Main door had an inch gap all around the frame causing the cold air to breeze through the caravan despite the heating being on. It was Baltic. The staff did not offer to help

Although the caravan was clean they was some bits that needed sorting only minor things like the curtain pole in living room section was broken the whole thing could of done with changing. The TVs are basic. The sweeping brush to clean floor was tatty. We had 2 toilets which is always a bonus. 3 bedrooms which was perfect as we have 2 teenagers 1 boy 1 girl.

We paid nearly £600 for our caravan Don when we arrived it was grubby, looked unclean. The bathroom was all dusty as if it hadnt been cleaned for a while, there was rubbish under one of the single beds. Glasses and cups needed a good wash before we could use them. The pictures on the website made it look much nicer than it actually was! Location was fine across from a small play park, we went up for the highlander breakfast which had half the items missing after we spoke to the girl at the bar she arranged for the rest of the items to come out.. would not recommend. You could chap fence posts in with the square sausage it was that hard and the bacon looked like it hadnt been cooked. Save your money! The pool was cloudy and had flies floating about in it, and 2 of the kids in our group became ill after swimming.. up all night being sick ! Entertainment at night was good and the kids enjoyed the arcade and soft play, but I wouldnt recommend this park to my friends.

Brilliant holiday park for our young family. It had everything we needed to keep the kids entertained. The beach side location is stunning. Staff were very happy, polite and helpful. Entertainment and swimming was really good. The down side was that our new style caravan didn't look as nice as was advertised and wasn't cleaned properly when we arrived so that was a disappointment. The restaurant was very slow in serving food and was always dirty when we went in. The rest of the site was really clean. I would come back with my family again and recommend for families with primary age children.

Very tidy park with well stocked shop, laundrette and entertainment centre but caravan wasnt clean, fridge and freezer dirty and Lino was filthy. Carpeted areas were dusty and lots of debris, pots and pans were not very clean. This relies on person behind you being clean but should be checked. Waited til 5 to get in then spent two hours cleaning. Since Covid this whole idea of a later check in time for Covid cleaning has become a way to reduce the customers time in their accommodation and means nothing about any cleaning which is just a scam. But once clean we had a comfortable stay and all staff were helpful and friendly.

Restaurant, placed strategically in the heart of the entertainment building and next to the arcade, is a great place to unwind. Or course it is expensive. But it is well lit, simple but inviting decor also helps keep things simple yet elegant. We had good fun there. They seem to be changing the lunch menu often and it is good. We tried dinner once which was good. Breakfast was a bit of a letdown - why can they not include 2 bread slices in traditional breakfast or al toast tell it upfront when taking the order - seems to puzzle me. Costa coffee there is a bit of hit and miss. While my son got the best hot chocolate one day, the next day it was watery and tasteless. Latte was similar. That said, overall a good place to be if you dont intend to cook in your caravan and want to use that time elsewhere.

The caravan was nice, it was clean and tidy on our arrival. Some of the curtains were hanging off but we fixed them. The oven had only one rack and there were no baking trays but apart from that everything was fine.

The holiday home was adequately equipped, clean and cosy with a good, easily controlled central heating system. All kitchen appliances worked as expected. (I take my own frying pan and knives as these are often not to the standard I like, but that's a personal choice.) TV coverage was patchy, sometimes excellent with many channels and sometimes unwatchable. Perhaps the strong winds we experienced might be to blame though.
