Cobwebs and detail of cleanliness wasnt the best.No batteries in remotesTowel Rail not working - no fuse Light build out in bedroomAll reported but not repaired during our 5 day stay

Mostly clean but the cutlery and cupboards were dirty. Some cupboards were broken and towels were not supplied even though the booking info said they would be, we contacted reception and were told we would need to pay.The location is perfect and there's lots of parking and can park up well before check in.

Not towels provided as stated. And the shower was cold the first day.

Great holiday home and location

Stayed Friday to Monday in an Indulgent Grande Meadow Lodge (Pet Friendly). The gift for our pet was a lovely unexpected touch.Clean and well equipped as we've always found at The Bay. We all had a wonderful time in a beautiful lodge.

Perfect setting... Only issue was that it being a superior Beach house .. No towels were left .? so enquired & The office staff girl said Towels weren't supplied with this level of booking ?? 'Superior.?' when I enquired... It was not clear on the booking as it stated sheets etc, In light of this we could have taken our own.!! so went to buy some... Otherwise the Holiday was Great and the 2 dogs, me and my friend loved it.. and would return again this year.... with towels...

Great accommodation

The lodge was clean and tidy and the Park is in a great location. Very dog friendly which is great! We're not sure how 4 people would have sat to relax as there was only 1 sofa, 1 chair and then a dining table and chairs. Not really cosey!The lodge was also freezing when we arrived as the heating was off, which is fine except there were no obvious instructions on how to turn this on.We also found it strange that there was no kind of "welcome pack" - so no dishwasher tab or tea towel or oven glove. We had to buy them. We also paid extra for our dog and in previous places we've been given a ball and a treat and a dog bowl - but nothing here.

Our lodge was clean and facilities was excellent for what we needed. Lodge was very warm and inviting.

Great lodge disappointing location in a muddy field with no view and lodges are too close together.Very noisy from the main road.

Overall a nice lodge and good value.

Really clean, as we went in a pet free one which I think makes a difference, sofas were old but useable and the beds were clean. No Wi-Fi which they should really stipulate

Awful place due to non usable cooking facilities and general cleaning was non existent no Wi-Fi and having to pay extra for towels

Great place but the apartment wasn't clean especially the bathroom

The lodge was great a couple of issues though, the second bedroom had no lamps, the other bedroom could do with a new mattress, not comfortable at all and the skirting needs some work around the main exit door. Will be back next year Thankyou

Every thing you needed would have preferred a larger freezer

Lovely cottage. Starting to look a little tired and dishwasher and washing machine not working due to a leak.

The lodge was lovely and fully fitted out with everything you need, the only problem was the bed, very uncomfortable and very little sleep for the 3 nights we were there, should this bed have been comfortable there would be very little to complain about.

Although we got a good deal for our recent stay, the facilities were extremely disappointing, please be aware that if booking this cottage, basic necessities such as towels, hand soap, washing up liquid and toilet rolls are not provided. The furniture is extremely scruffy with scratches and marks and one of the single beds we had was broken. Please be aware that the images are not necessarily what you will receive as the living area and twin bedroom in our cottage was nowhere on the images! Also if you are planning to arrive after 5pm the reception will be closed - nowhere does it state this but I guess you just have to assume where to go next - in this event you get your keys from the pub but will not be directed to your cottage so you will have to find it yourselves. Lovely site but would book a private cottage rather than one tan by away resorts in the future!

Beautiful location and good facilities on site. When we booked it stated that complimentary toiletries were included they weren't . There was a nice gift box for our dog however it would have been nice to have received some tea/coffee and milk on arrival ( which the majority of self lets now offer) to the lodge. Due to the time of year the shop on site was closed. The pub was lovely and the staff were very polite and helpful. Roads were well gritted following the snowfall too . The trials through the meadows are beautiful . We will book again.

Everything you needed.Clean and tidy.

Far better than what we expected for the money.Everything you need,home from home,from the kitchen to the bedrooms and the location a village on it's own.We liked it that much that we have booked two more holidays with them for May and September.

We stayed at the Lazy Duck superior cottage for 3 nights.The cottage was absolutely superb - very modern, very clean in a beautiful location.The only reason I didnt score it 5/5 was because of the poor mattresses. In particular the bunk beds mattresses which were so uncomfortable.But this doesnt detract from the wonderful home from home accommodation

Nice site and good facilities. Unfortunately our wi-Fi wasnt working the whole duration we were there to my husbands disappointment. We were told it was being dealt with but was still not working on our departure. The lodge was comfortable and in some need of improvements. The sweeping brush was left at the side of the settee with a large amount of dog hair next to it. The settee, flooring and furniture also full of dog hairs. I spent my first night hoovering and wiping down surfaces as I did not want my 9 month old baby being covered in hairs! Bathrooms also not the cleanest. I would recommend you seriously consider getting cleaning staff that actually clean. These properties could be lovely and a joy to stay in but unfortunately for us the cleanliness has put us off returning. Lovely site and walk to the beach. Nice dog friendly pub with friendly staff. I look forward to your response.

Very nice place,Could do with a bit of paint and clocks not working.Outside was very dark could do with more lighting.Overall very nice break.

Toilet roll holder broke, three out of four bulbs out under the kitchen units, lamp in the hall not working, but everything else ok.

Lodge very nice comfortable clean and spacious nice location
