The lodge was clean, everything worked well. There was a welcome pack with a few cleaning bits so that was nice as don't get that a lot anymore.

My husband was left with a large burn on his hand as there were no oven gloves, we didnt expect to need to bring oven gloves with us that should really be part of the amenities, we brought our own towels and tea towels.

Cleanest caravan weve ever stayed in!

Three stars is for the view, otherwise it would be less.No kitchen bin, crockery dirty, overpowering smell of bleach, no cupboard space in kitchen as taken up by a dishwasher and washing machine (seriously, does anyone actually use these on holiday), no dvd player as advertised in description, kitchen drawers/cupboards full of unnecessary clutter.On a positive , settee very comfy and the curved tv was great. Best matress in a caravan I've slept on.

Lovely holiday.

The caravan was nice, good layout and plenty of space. Little bit dirty in areas but some antibac wipes did the job.Nice big wardrobe in the main bedroom.Beds are hugely uncomfortable and cause back pain.

Expensive - but probably worth it.

Caravan spotless. We hired a travel cot, which would have benefitted from a steam clean - it smelt unpleasantly frousty, which unfortunately permeated through the bedding I brought with me.

The caravan we stayed in was great but the shower was a little grubby, also the outside stair banister was loose but apart from that it was great.

Caravan was absolutely spotless and had lots of extras included.

The double doors on the caravan should have opened onto the sea view. The caravan was situated so that the double doors opened onto the back of the caravan next to it.

Brilliant holiday and we all thoroughly loved it. Josh at the restaurant was by far the outstanding colleague on site. He made my son feel listened too and heard after approaching the several staff members, who were busy and didnt stop to ask what he wanted. Josh went out of his way to check in and help my son. Was wonderful to see! Thanks Josh!

Easy booking and excellent experience from beginning to the end

Caravan was comfy and overall was clean. The only downside was the oven had not been cleaned, still had crumbs from previous guest on the floor of it.

Totally needed after weeks of lockdown, working from home and home schooling. Perfect relaxing place with a beautiful clean and stylish caravan site
