Very comfortable and spacious accomodation

Lovely well equipped lodge.

Great location next to river. Quality modern lodge with everything required to ensure we had an enjoyable relaxing stay.

The lodge overlooks the river and is towards the top of a small site. Kitchen is very well equipped with dishwasher, cooker and microwave and plenty of cutlery and crockery. Beds and bedding comfortable and like the rest of the lodge, very well cleaned. Nice shower and the addition of a bath was much appreciated. Decking and outdoor furniture sturdy and attractive. Didn't need to use the heating but there were plenty of radiators for a winter stay.

The lodge was very clean and airy, the bedroom were big with good storage. All the facilities were easy to use including dishwasher, WiFi and heating. The river outside to the decking area was great and relaxing to watch

Nice lodge but found single mattress lumpy sign of plenty of use. Location quiet and listening to the river very relaxing.

We had a lovely relaxing break at Clun Valley lodges near Craven arms. Amazing wildlife and everything you need at the lodge for a lovely relaxing stay.

We had an excellent time at Clun Valley. We completely relaxed on the veranda reading. Right next to the river, birds, squirrels and bats at night. Did not want to leave.Chestnut lodge was in a great spot. Would definitely visit again.

Lovely break away, we didnt realise until we got there that this cabin did not have a hot tub - purely my boyfriends fault when he booked as he didnt filter the option - however lovely place, decor was lovely, location was great. Would recommend. We usually go to Center Parcs so for a short break cant fault this place.

This is our 14th time at this lodge in 4 years and we will be back for our 3rd Christmas its like home from home and the area has lovely towns and villages near by.

This lodge is lovely. It's right next to a burn and sitting either on the veranda or inside with the doors open listening to the running water it so nice. It's very clean if a little heavy on the fabric conditioner nicely furnished light and modern.

Perfect weekend break for the family.

we enjoyed the seclusion a real getaway from a busy life,lovely walks ,& the weather good,
unfortunately the crown pub in the village closed the day we arrived (so no evening meals there) but we found plenty of places to eat in Craven Arms, we had days out in ludlow &Shrewsbury all good,.

Excellent lodge, very relaxing and lovely views of the river.

Overall no problems. But disappointed with a couple of aspects. The WiFi was hopeless, until half way through the week. Looks like the previous guests had hit a cap on usage, and it had gone off. There was no dishcloths, and the kettle needed a serious de-scaling. Other than that no problems at all. All nice and warm, clean and fresh.

The most amazing holiday, our lodge was perfect, clean, spacious, comfortable. The setting was breathtaking, the most beautiful views, perfectly positioned, so relaxing and peaceful. We all enjoyed it and can't wait to return!

Very nice break, a lovely area great to have the Pub within 5 mins walk but the Lodges were tucked away very peaceful and quiet and all to a very high standard.

Great lodge , lovely veranda to sit on and enjoy the sound of the river running by , well equipped and spacious , spotless , really good having a bath with a separate shower , all too often shower is over the bath .Would go again , during our stay no children were on site so it was a really peaceful, relaxing break, enjoying nature ,not for those who want activities
