It was so nice as not been pet owners as there was no trace of any signs of pets previously in the caravan. It was absolutely spotless. Couldn't fault the caravan at all

Fully equipped lodge which was very clean and comfortable.

Loved the lodge. We chose a hot tub one and had plenty of space inside. Clean and tidy and the view of the mountains and lake were incredible

Absolutely incredible views at this caravan park. Stunning lodges and such helpful staff at Reception. We hired Kyaks and often walked around the local dog walks. Hugely recommend the haunted pub down the road for food "Drovers Inn". We visited William Wallace Tower and the sterling castle about 1.30hr drive from the park. Definitely looking at re visiting as the park is so tranquil and beautiful. Kids park on site only small but enough for ages 2-10. If your taking yoir four legged friends cute dog bags with towel, treats and poo bags given on arrival all adds to the facilities and hospitality. Hot tub lodges are gorgeous thank you for our stay. We went with 2 adults and 2 children ages 13 and 8.

There is everything you could possibly need for a weeks stay, there was a dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board henry hoover and lots more, the bed took a bit of getting used to but it was fine after the first night but that is just a personal preference, there was plenty of space and it was a very comfortable stay.

We stay here every year around February and in December, cabins are cosy and comfortable in stunning surroundings ???? cant wait to come back

52 Ben Lomond Lodge (Toronto)-This lodge is a great size for a family. The glossy photos on-line are NOT a true reflection of what you actually get for your hard earned CASH ( this lodge was not cheap ). The lodge is ok but a bit rough around the edges especially in the living area , the carpets are frayed and wrinkled the kitchen flooring too. The sofas and chair were grubby, wrinkled and in need of repair in certain places so we sat on the good areas .Stains on most of soft furnishings. 2x mouldy bed pillows. The cooker could have benefited from a deep clean , the showers ,toilets and sinks too. Shower was mouldy, en-suite toilet badly stained. All the cleaning issues could be rectified with a proper cleaning regime not just a surface wipe. Very disappointed.

Could do with more cutlery in the lodges, instead of washing them every time you use them.

Fantastic holiday all round

The accommodation was very well equipped with everything you need to prepare food. Everything was very clean. The ensuite was a bonus. The view was stunning from 64 lodge.

The caravan was as new. Had everything you needed even a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and oven.
Its the position that really makes it.

We enjoyed a fab family holiday in one of the Premier lodges with hot tub. The whole family loved it. Our 8 year old son remarked that he, "loved the lodge, especially the hot tub".

The peaceful, beautiful surroundings and location were stunning, made even better by the fab weather we were fortunate to have (the temperature ranged from 21C - 26C) during our stay in mid August.

The lodge was lovely and clean and met all our needs as a family of 6.

The staff were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the local area and offered advice on which mountains would be suitable for us to hike as a family with our 4 children, ranging from age 8 - 16.

We also made good use the kayaks on site, available to hire and this has convinced us to buy a kayak to use throughout the year when we go on family days out or future holidays where we will be able to take this with us. Swimming in the loch was also good fun.

Overall we had a really fab holiday at this holiday park. We will definitely return.
