Bought online via Hoseasons. Had emails sent immediate to confirm, and further emails as we approached the day to leave.

It was more remote check in, though a lady was very helpful on day of arrival in pointing us in the right direction to where our caravan was. Caravan was lovely and really clean. One downfall, which was quite annoying, on day of leaving, they emptied the hot tub at 9.15am and checkout wasnt until 10am, what if I wanted to have one last soak in the tub? The caravan was ours until 10am. Also as they were emptying the hot tub, I had to ask them to stop interfering with the water as the shower wasnt working, yet again all before checkout time. Looking at the range of prices for different times of year for this caravan I paid quite a substantial amount of money, and should have had use of all the caravan features, including the hot tub until the checkout time of 10am.

Everything was amazing it was like a home from home. Bed very comfortable, it was spotless when we got inside and it was quiet on the park too

Excellent site for us and our dog accommodation was first class cleanliness of the accommodation and the site surroundings was also first class along with all the staff we spoke to, we couldnt have asked for more, we will definitely return

A fabulous family holiday needed in 2020. This caravan, site and location did the job perfectly

Everything was in the cabin what we needed. Cant fault anything. We would definitely come back and would really stay in the Lime shore deluxe again

Great accommodation, well appointed and spotlessly clean. Very comfy beds, lovely fluffy towels, nice hot shower, welcoming fire to take off the chill when the evening sun went down. Very quiet park which suited us down to the ground.

Fantastic stay at this resort. Quality of accommodation was excellent, clean and like-new. Staff friendly and we didnt have much interaction with them due to COVID etc. Jacuzzi was great and well kept. Really surprised at just how good the accommodation was in terms of quality and comfort. Beach has to be driven too, you cannot walk to it. Overall we would go back in a heartbeat. (2 adults, 2 kids under 10).

We stayed in the Coral Cove Deluxe with the hot tub.

Upon arrival the accommodation was pristine and everything you could possibly need was there.

A lovely quiet base for any family requiring to get some peace and shut off.

To give you an idea relaxing with a drink on the terrace all you could here was the gentle wind blowing the trees & grass plus the sound of the birds singing, total bliss!

We will definitely be back!

It was a lovely quiet site didn't actually talk to any staff as key left in lodge name on door which was a great idea and worked well, hot tub felt private and lodge nice and clean, very relaxed break

Dissapointed we couldnt have the 4 nights we planned . A long way to go for just 3 nights. Hope this will improve as time goes on .otherwise all to the very high standard we always expect from hoseasons

It was short stay, just 3 days, but we are fully satisfied and grateful for nice weekend

immaculately clean, every item was provided, the owner was very friendly and helpful, the hot tub was so clean. honestly, cant say a bad thing about the lodge, it was perfect. would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a get away to Cornwall!

Will definately be returning, the caravan was brilliant and modern, had decking outside for when it was sunny, the facilities were very good there was an en suite in the bedroom. Did not have one problem at all on my 7 night trip. Reception staff were very friendly and i checked in with ease within seconds

Excellent accommodation. All 5. Spotlessly clean and well equipped. Will return in spring when hopefully weather may be better.

The lodges are well equipped and beautiful , although hot tubs could be more secluded and maybe with more lights around .
