We have Been loads to Raywell & love it! but the first time I can say it all felt like there was a lack of attention to detail, early check in wasnt organised properly. Lack of cleanliness, emailed privately but no reply so I feel they need to realise things are not so great if you cannot look after your regular customers!

Lodge brilliant, peaceful and quiet. Everything you need in a lodge with the added surprise of a pool/table tennis table. Near the tea room/bistro for a lovely meal.

We stayed at Raywell Hall at the beginning of September as a family of five adults and one child under three. We stayed in the Spa Sensation and it was really lovely. The outdoor area is excellent with hot-tub, sauna, games room etc, with plenty of room for a larger group. The lodge itself is very clean and well equipped, and we would definitely return, it is our second visit to this park, and we enjoyed it this time with our family

Lovely peaceful private lodge. Hot tub perfect. Loved the pergola over it even though we didn't need it as the weather was good. Beds and sofas comfortable. If I was being picky would rather have had a table with chairs instead of the pool table. I would also get rid of the lumpy rug in the lounge! Other than that a fantastic lodge. Stayed in a lot of lodges and this is one of the best.

The standard of this particular lodge was not as good as ones we have stayed in previously. It needs a bit of TLC. However the hot tub was lovely - it was checked daily and was very warm and clean. The bistro on site is well worth a visit.

Few cleaning issues which I noticed on checking in but nothing major, I mean, we're all human and some things get missed! Nice lodge, good location for reception and the Bistro.

My partner and I enjoyed a lovely, relaxing break here in August! Lodge was perfectly clean and comfortable and the lodge had everything you could need for a week long stay! Perfect location close to Beverly and Hull.

Lights not working in hot tub, told the lady who does the. checks on the Wednesday morning about it. She phoned someone whilst at our property but we did not hear anything else after that. ????The bedroom with the single beds in, the main light did not come on. Had to slam a door to get one of the lights in the kitchen to come on and the bedroom without the en suite, the door wouldnt stop shut. We didnt inform reception of these things as we were only there from Monday to Thursday, and they didnt alter our enjoyment of the place. The light in the hot tub would have been nice but didnt stop us from using it.

Easy check in online. We arrived and the key was in the door. We couldnt believe how beautiful and spacious the lodge was (lodge 22) and the complimentary bottle of Prosecco was a lovely touch! They provided a high chair and travel cot as we brought our daughter. Hot tub and outdoor area was so relaxing. The cafe and bistro was lovely and staff were lovely. I recommend the breakfast! We will be returning thats for sure

We were sadly disappointed with the upkeep of the Lodge that we stayed in. Most of the walls had scuff marks on them, there were dints in the walls and ceilings where things had been moved, the cream settee was stained with what looked like (hopefully) wine and the trim around the floor in places had been either chewed by a dog or damaged by cleaning. Such a shame, if the lodge had been in good condition it would've been a lovely lodge. After giving feedback to the park owners they swiftly responded, stating that the issues that I had raised were being dealt with and the lodge was now due a full repaint and in the process of being repaired, this is a positive outcome and hopefully whoever stays in the lodge next will have a better experience.and enjoy the lodge to it's full potential. Although we maybe wouldn't stay in this particular lodge again (Spa away) we would try one of the newer lodges as we did enjoy the location and park itself.
