Nothing on site such as small shop. Only 2 tea bags provided so when used on arrival day unable to have a cup of tea in the morning. Left personal item behind in room, rang staff the following day to retrieve staff was very rude stating room hadnt been clean yet and she would get back to me when it had and they would check if anything was left. However we were abit confused about why we were made to check out at 10am, we could have been told there was no rush in the morning. Staff finally contacted us around 3pm. 17hours after we had checked out to inform us our room was cleaned and items were found and now we needed to arrange payment to return item. A £5 charge was taken and item was returned to us. We could see on parcel it only cost £2.40 to send! This has actually put negativeity on the whole mini break and personally has put me off staying again.

A very good relaxing weekend
We are looking forward to going back again.
The decking and outside furniture were really dirty - covered in rotten leaves and lots of bird pooh on the decking handrail - which was a bit of a shame, especially as it was a vip
lodge The coffee machine also had green moldy coffee grinds left in it. Otherwise it was a lovely lodge, very comfortable.
It will not put me off coming because every other aspect of Bath Mill is excellent I have stayed many times and will continue to book in here over anywhere else. Just giving an honest review.
Spacious and comfortable lodge with all mod cons available. It was surprisingly warm considering the incredibly cold weather.
There were just two minor gripes. The pillows were not the usual comfortable ones provided. The ensuite had a sever mould problem. The smell was quite overpowering and there was black mould up the walls, in the shower and the skirting had come away from the wall. We reported this to reception and they were very quick to respond. They sent staff to spray the mould and wipe it clean. However, there is a really serious condensation problem with this room and without adequate ventilation the mould will continue.
Other than that the lodge was such a pleasure to come back to in the evening, a real home from home.

Just some cob webs noticed in lodge and Windows streaky in sun. Just small points to note
Lovely place to stay. The accommodation is excellent.
This has been the third time we stayed at Bath Mills and to be perfectly honest, greatly enjoyed our stay. the staff are exemplary and could not do enough to ensure our stay was special, the bar staff were also very helpful and friendly.
The only negative we could raise was having had a small baby and young grandchildren visit us, we soon found the living room floor was very dirty which was visible on their clothes after playing in the lounge area.
May I also suggest 'non-pets lodges' are reserved for person who have allergies with pets!
What an amazing place. 5star for certain. Visited over new year for four night and couldn’t fault anything. Within ten minutes of Bath, beautiful lodge, great restaurant on site and helpful staff. Will certainly return.
Had. Lovely break over new year highly recommend it Stay are great lodges great clean tidy and modern
Excellent weekend away. Amazing facilities and accommodation
Booked the lodge for a new year break. The lodge itself was clean, comfortable and luxurious. The surroundings were perfect in a peaceful setting yet minutes away from the city of bath offering the best of both worlds.
Unfortunately while we were away I became ill and was admitted to hospital, the staff and management at Bath Mill were very helpful and went out of their way to accommodate the family and extend their stay for the best possible rates. Thank you very much xre
Had a very enjoyable stay for new year Eve here.
Beautiful setting and accomodation so clean and really cosy.
Excellent for our family re-union at Christmas time. Staff helpful and friendly always tried to accommodate rather than refuse.
We had a lovely weekend so much so we have booked a further two dates with our family.
