Beds were comfy. Bedding and surfaces clean. Lacking some very basic equipment like a baking sheet for the oven. Sofas were stained. Windows filthy.

We were in an out of the way location which was very quiet. The chalet was spacious and bedrooms were well proportion. There was plenty of room for the five of us.A bonus was an en-suit. There was a TV in all 3 bedrooms which meant no arguing. The down side would be no phone signal and very limited Internet even when purchasing the sites Internet.

Lovley place although people should be told to take tea towels, and cleaning supplies I had to o out and buy it all. The park restaurant is very expensive! Staff are friendly and ready to help.

Park is situated in a beautiful location. Restaurant food was average and limited. Majority of staff were good but do not appear to work as a team, when asked if a child could have a plain burger [ no mayonnaise or cheese] staff replied they were unable to do this?? The Manor house is situated in a good position, close to park and allows stunning views but is in need of general maintenance [ decking area and tables& chairs]. Overall an enjoyable break, children had a great time.

Really weird buzzing noise (high pitched) in main bedroom. Got used to it but couldn't work out where it came from

Date of stay: 15th May 2022
Caravan was clean but quite basic, curtains kept coming down of the tracks every time trying to shut, so had to leave partly closed to avoid wasting 10 mins trying to get back up again. Bed was comfy .Heating worked well and was needed as still quite chilly. No spatula! Which apparently isn't on the inventory, odd as they had a frying pan. Had to go and purchase one myself . As I paid less for this caravan as on special offer, it was quite good. Wouldn't want to pay the full price though for what was a very basic caravan.

Found a razor left in the shower and a hair bobble on the radiator which wasn't good but just threw them away. Would have expected better cleanliness but can understand how they could have been missed.
Jayne, Trowbridge
Date of stay: 2nd May 2022
Caravan was very clean and spacious. The main bedroom had lots of room and would've benefitted from a larger bed. It appeared to have a double bed frame but only a small double mattress which was really frustrating, there was also 2x double wardrobes which were not necessary! The en-suite extra toilet was useful but could've had a mirror above the small sink. There were no hooks to back of doors and so we struggled to find somewhere to hang wet towels after having showers. Hanging rail in cupboard by entrance door would of been useful for coats. Overall, other than these few niggly things we had a very enjoyable holiday and would go back again!

Was absolutely rubbish only stayed one night out of the 3 because the soft play was shut and the swimming fully booked all weekend! The arcade is rubbish and the entertainment! I wouldn't recommend going there with kids!

Date of stay: 17th April 2022
Club needs improving. Bar staff very slow waits up to 45 minutes. People without access to app would struggle. More arcade games for older children, more seating needed. Lighting was off on top level on Thursday night and no one seemed to care. Area left open in darkness dangerous.

Nice caravan, warm and comfortable
Vince, Wisbech
Date of stay: 5th April 2022
Our upgraded caravan was excellent. Well equipped and in a great location with sea views. A veranda and decking were an added bonus. As we had been moved to this caravan at the last minute, the beds were not made up for us which was not a problem, it took us less than a minute to get it sorted. Staff did come over to ask if we wanted them to make the beds up but there was no need but it was a lovely gesture, much appreciated. We had a slight issue with getting the central heating to work, the radiators were cold as they were not expecting to be using this particular caravan this week. A quick visit to reception and Paul was with us within a minute to get the heating working.
