Top holiday spot with lots to see & do. Well worth the money for our holiday caravan

The park was too far. Away from The town centre the road you had to use. To walk down to the town centre. Was incredibly busy and dangerous. There were no paths to get down this was not mentioned in any of the. Descriptions for the park, it was not. Safe to walk the dog. It was not safe for anyone that would like to get down to The town under their own steam the parking in The town was incredibly expensive and ruined the holiday. Because we were unable to go where we wanted without using the car if this had. Been advertised on the description

We have just got back from our holiday and had an amazing time I wish you would have told the park we was both disabled because they had nothing left and the setup was quit big but the place and staff was so helpful the place is spotless the only problem they have is people not reading the sighs do not let dogs of leads there was a few off leads 3 dogs in 4 days came over shouting at mime and he's a nervous dog on a lead I had the shout at a man with a bull mastiff and he just kept saying he's OK sorry he's not if a dog is scared and on there lead as normal we even had them at our door growing at night twice that needs to be addressed properly

Overall the holiday was great and the staff especially in the restaurant and launderette were very kind and friendly. The kids loved the soft play and the pool. Also they really enjoyed the outdoor parks, and the entertainment at the venue. The only one small criticism was the caravan could have had better seating with a lower table as the kids were prone to making a mess with their food and chairs would have been easier! When our remote control broke the guy on reception was very helpful and put a new one in our caravan for us. Thank you for a great holiday. Shall recommend to family and friends. ????

Our three bed caravan sounded great in print. In reality the two twin bedded rooms were so narrow that it was not easy to get between the beds. The beds were so uncomfortable I ended up on the settee every night. My daughter suffered extreme backache because of her uncomfortable bed. The lounge and kitchen area was fine - quite large but to the detriment of bedroom space.

Disgusting, you hadn't got me booked on golden Coast even though I booked and paid early this year. Golden Coast sorted me out with accommodation but you were Disgusting and I will never book with you again.

Very small caravan, the smallest we've ever stayed in. Wouldn't recommend for a group of 2 adults, 2 children & an infant. We were placed at the bottom of a hill, right on the edge of the park, we felt very isolated. We were one of 4 caravans in this area, right by the staff accommodation. No wiFi/ incredibly limited WiFi in our Ocean Wave Plus.

The caravan was clean and tidy. Had everything we could need. Easy to find and plenty of space for each van.
