Beautiful place, highly recommend it

Honestly, we werent expecting much, but Hoseseason turned out to be quite a pleasant surprise-especially with the washing machine now included, which wasnt mentioned before. The location is fantastic, perfect for jogging with those hills leading up to the lodge and lovely coastal walks nearby. We really appreciated the fast WiFi and the overall peaceful vibe. That said, calling it luxury might be a stretch; the kitchen was pretty basic and we found a half-broken chopping board that no one bothered to replace. The owner said hed pop in to say hello, but that never happened-he just checked his emails and left. Communication was a bit patchy after the initial call and we were left unsure about how to access the lodge. Also, the rubbish situation wasnt great-everything went into one bin and were not sure if they sort recycling at the depot. Despite those minor things, we enjoyed the space and the surroundings. Would recommend if youre after some peace and coastal scenery, just a few things to think about.

We had such a great holiday! The lodge and park were spot on, couldn't find a fault. Only thing is, if you want to go anywhere, you need to drive - no nearby pubs or restaurants. Still, the staff were really helpful and wed definitely come back!

We stayed at the lodge recently and honestly, it was quite nice but a bit too overlooked for our liking. The details from Hoseasons mentioned a DVD player, which was a bit of a letdown since we brought some DVDs specifically for our stay. The internet was completely down for a whole evening and part of the next day, which was frustrating. We were really looking forward to using the hot tub, but it turned out to be sunken into the decking and that wasnt mentioned in the description at all. With my knee issue, I couldnt get down into it, so unfortunately we couldnt enjoy it. If we had known about the sunken design beforehand, we might not have booked it. Still, the area of Wales is lovely and were planning to visit again, just maybe not this lodge.

We really enjoyed our time at Manasota Lodge, it had everything we needed for a chilled break. The White Swan in Llanon was perfect for a nice dinner out too, definitely recommend!

We had a decent stay overall. The location is pretty standard, not much going on in the village - just a few shops, a chippy, a butcher's and The White Swan pub, which is lovely and dog-friendly with a big outdoor area. The drive to New Quay takes around 40 minutes and its worth it - a gorgeous place with a lovely dog-friendly beach. The cabin itself was well stocked, but honestly, it wasnt as clean as wed hoped, especially given its dog-friendly - lots of dog hair, cobwebs and spiders lurking around. We even found a hair clip near the bed, so I guess it doesnt get hoovered regularly. The hot tub overlooking the small lake was a real highlight, lots of fish to feed. All in all, a pretty nice little escape!

We had a lovely stay at this lodge, really can't fault the location and the facilities are top-notch. The views over the sea are absolutely stunning and the place is so well-equipped - honestly, it had everything we could think of, from all kinds of utensils to a huge spice cupboard, which was a nice touch. The nearby pub, The White Swan, was a real highlight with fantastic food that exceeded expectations. The walk into town was a bit of a trek - uphill all the way back, so be prepared for that if youre planning to go often. The only downside was the verandah area where the hot tub was. Sadly, the fascia, soffits and cladding on the front facing side were covered in cobwebs and spiders, which looked a bit unkempt for such a beautiful lodge. A quick 10-minute clean would have made a big difference here. Inside, we noticed a few more spiders and webs in the corners - again, just a bit of extra attention needed. The hot tub itself was fantastic but wasnt cleaned during our week-long stay and we didnt see any tablets being added to keep it fresh. Overall though, this was a fab holiday spot and we'd definitely come back - with a little more cleaning, it would be absolutely perfect!

Really enjoyed our stay at this peaceful lodge. Its perfect for relaxing, but a fan in the bedroom wouldve made it even better during those sunny days. Still, lovely place overall!

We really enjoyed our stay at the lodge! It was spotlessly clean and surprisingly spacious, which was a pleasant surprise. The hot tub was perfect after a day out and the kitchen had all the essentials. The owner was super friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome. One small thing, there was no DVD player as listed, but honestly, it didnt bother us too much. The enclosed garden was a big plus for relaxing without worrying about the dog running off!

We had a really lovely stay at Isl and View. The place was spotless and super comfy, which made unwinding easy. The warm welcome with prosecco and local biscuits was a lovely touch - really appreciated that! The hot tub was a hit with everyone, such a bonus. The garden was functional but a bit basic, though still a nice spot to relax. It would be even better if there were more tall plants for privacy, as the work area nearby is a bit visible. Still, wed go back!

We had a really lovely stay at this spacious house set in such gorgeous surroundings. The hot tub was a real highlight! Beds were super comfy. The only downside was the water pressure in the bathrooms-it couldve been better. Still, a fantastic family holiday!

Date of stay: 4th November 2019
We had a lovely stay at the Cambrian Retreat, a semi-detached lodge with stunning views over the park. The place is really well thought out and comfy, though we did find the heating a bit tricky to manage - it was quite warm at first, but opening the double doors sorted it out. The hot tub was definitely a highlight, we even enjoyed it in the rain! All in all, a pretty great experience!

Date of stay: 1st November 2019
We had a fantastic time at this modern lodge. Everything we needed was there, which made our stay super comfortable. The bed was really cosy and the hot tub was just perfect for relaxing. Only tiny issue was that cooking on the hob would trigger the smoke alarm and it even set off the neighbouring lodges alarm. Apart from that, no complaints at all. Wed definitely come back again!

Date of stay: 25th October 2019
We had such a lovely stay at High View! Steve, the owner, was incredibly helpful from the moment we booked right through to check-out. The place itself is super relaxing and perfectly situated to explore nearby towns. Definitely adding this to our list for future holidays. Couldnt ask for more!

Date of stay: 14th October 2019
We loved the peaceful vibe here, exactly what we wanted. The place was spotless and luxurious, with wine and biscuits waiting when we arrived-such a lovely touch. The hot tub was massive and ready to go. If they add more accommodations, it might lose its quiet charm, but for now, its perfect!
Mark, Llangollen

We had such a lovely stay! The cabin was spot on, super comfy bed and all the modern amenities you could want. Honestly felt like a home away from home, plus that private hot tub was a real treat. Would definitely come back!

We stayed here for three nights and honestly, it was fantastic. The lodge was so clean and beautifully decorated both inside and outside. The little welcome touches like free-range eggs, Prosecco and Welsh biscuits really made it special. We loved it!

Absolutely loved our stay! The lodge was gorgeous and the views simply breathtaking. Would return!
James, Manchester
Date of stay: 29th July 2019
We really enjoyed our stay at Isl and View. The place is spacious and well kitted out and the view from the master bedroom is truly stunning - we loved waking up to that every morning. The ensuite is massive, which was a nice bonus. We spent quite a bit of time in the hot tub and fired up the gas barbecue a few times, which was great fun. Steve was super helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The location is perfect, close to Aberaeron and New Quay, which are two of our favourites, though Aberystwyth was alright but parking was a nightmare. We explored lots of beaches along the coast, including Tresaith with its waterfall and even spotted seals and dolphins - such a memorable trip. Well definitely be back!
