Everything perfect.

Everything was just perfect, the bed was super comfy.The central heating kept us nice and cosy, and the shower had great pressure.

Stayed in silver 2 bed not gold. Very happy, well equipped and spotlessly clean, everything we needed

What a beautiful lodge. Obviously new, so well equipped and spotlessly clean. Really enjoyed the hot tub. Four adults very comfortable h go it a long weekend. Would definitely recommend.

Stunning caravan, very spacious, even had an entrance hall ????! Spotlessly clean. Very comfortable bed with en suite shower room. Some nice added touches, a bag of toiletries, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets and washing machine pods, coffee tea sugar milk and also a coffee machine with some pods ?? Lovely.And the added benefit of a hot tub!

The lodge was amazing with everything that was needed for a relaxing weekend away. The rooms were clean, tidy, and welcoming. We loved the little welcome pack for the dog, bottle of prosecco, and the toiletries. The hot tub was perfect and regularly checked and the staff were quick and efficient at doing this and we wouldn't have known they were there if we hadn't seen them. The reception staff were welcoming and happy to help with anything we needed. We went the club house and the service was excellent and I was really impressed with the facilities there. We didn't use the pool but it looked amazing. We can't wait to come back!

Caravan was new and lovely and everything was provided that was needed.Brilliant.Everywhere was clean and tidy and the bay was so lovely especially at sunset.Also not to forget the dog which the dog gift box was a lovely thought.

The caravan/lodge was exactly what we had hoped it would be. The hot tub was average though and it appeared that during our stay it was not maintained by the staff, though it did say in the lodge literature the times that the hot tub would be checked each day we never saw this happen.

Had a fantastic time definitely go back very relaxing , the Lodge was fantastic very well equipped ive stayed in a lot of lodges this holiday lodge was the best one yet

We had everything we could have needed and more. The caravan was clean, tidy, spacious and had so much storage. I loved it and cant wait to go back.

Great location. Caravan was a little small for 4 people but would book again for just the two of us with our dog. Club house was like brand new very clean and fresh and the bar staff were lovely. Food was nice too. The clubhouse is virtually on the beach and the beautiful pool overlooks the sea. The beach is pebbly and rocky with lovely views of the bay. Will look at booking again soon. ????

Missing a door from the entrance hall to the living area and kitchen which was a nightmare at night when our little boy was sleeping, we couldn't have the TV on.Also would be good to have a welcome pack of washing up liquid, fresh milk

Amazing,amazing,amazing absolutly loved it will be coming back md and my wife try and visit some where new every year but this is going to be hard to beat the scenery is out standing andbthe park is beautiful you can see they take pride in thete holiday park thank you????????????

We had a lovely relaxing weekend break, was a lovely park. Lovely clean caravan too. Staff all very friendly. We enjoyed the pool with the views of the beach too.

Plenty of space for two of us. Kitchen well equipped and spotless. Great having gooc size freezer too.

We had a lovely time.The Platinum lodge was amazing and had everything that we needed.Good views at the top of the site.The clubhouse food and drink good and we had the bonus of amazing sunsets

Excellent park and caravan; the caravan was the best weve stayed in and there were some special extra touches. The site was clean, spacious and well maintained and the new clubhouse beautifully designed and of a very high standard, with the sea view maximised from the bar / restaurant area. We will likely return!

Stayed in the Gold Seaview pet friendly van at the end of October. Absolutely marvellous van with everything you needed, Nice little touches were the Dog friendly welcome pack and a mini bag of Bee kind toiletries which included shampoo/conditioner//bodywash/body lotion and a bar of soap, all smelled really nice, the soap, wash and lotion felt lovely on the skin. There was also a Tassimo machine with a few pods to get us started. Having free standing settees were an added bonus and really comfy. The twin room was a good size but my lads feet hanged off the end of the bed, he is 6ft 2 though. The master bedroom was a superb size with plenty of storage. The site was clean and tidy, the staff extremely helpful, We ate in the on-site club twice and the food was really good. We enjoyed it so much that we hope to buy a van there in the future!

Outstanding accommodation. High spec furniture with all the mod cons needed. There is a dishwasher and washing machine within the home which are hidden behind cupboard doors. Kitchen is well laid out with a gas oven and hob. Kettle and toaster also provided. There was a coffee machine with a couple of pods of coffee and hot chocolate already provided. There was also milk tea and coffee within the kitchen for a few cuppas. There is 2 bathrooms with lovely showers which were sparkling upon arrival. A hand towel and bigger towel were available to use. The rooms are big with one room having two single beds and plenty of storage. The master bedroom had more than enough storage and the amount of space was incredible. I loved this accommodation and it really felt like a home away from home.

As previously said the caravan should hold eight people.There was three of us and the hallway was like running the gauntlet, doors on top of doors opening onto each other, expect to come away with a few bruises. Sofas uncomfortable, toilet too small and bedrooms small. A caravan that is style over substance. Many of the caravans are owned and Im sure they love it. Not us Im afraid its got more life in the graveyard down the road than on this site. Miserable staff who need to remember without people coming to the site you wont get any wages. Kindness costs nothing remember that next time you talk to customers. Small arcade with another miserable guy. I think having to get off his chair to serve us must have drained him. Mind you he wasnt off his phone the whole time till he had to move. Now the cleanliness of the caravan someone needs sacking as you clearly dont check under beds. We took pictures of a used tampon applicator a bourbon biscuit and a French fry. Dust quite thick on the bedroom side tables when I rubbed my hand along the edges. Dirty pillowcase from the previous people it looked like blood. No room to put any food as the cupboards are full of items for 8 people. Under the table we swept at least a weeks dust and crumbs. Curtains in the living room keep coming off due to no stops in the middle.Beach isnt child friendly but great for ghost hunting that was the highlight of the week for us. Would we go again no chance not even if you gave me a free holiday. Something for the staff in mind , if you cant be pleasant at least be kind. Kindness costs nothing its always free and your wages get paid from customers like ME.
