Amazing lodge

This is definitely not a wheelchair friendly caravan as advertised. Very difficult stay. Crockery and kitchen were dirty, toilet seat also dirty. Food left in van, no toaster, no hoist as advertised. Very disappointed

Excellent caravan. Lovely wide walkways and loads of space in the bedrooms but with proper single beds. Really was great. Highly recommend for anyone with mobility issues or not very tall! The lower work surfaces are great for both. We would return to the same accommodation anytime.

Absolutely lovely caravan.We didn't have WiFi for the first night as someone must of taken the box but the onsite team was fab n soon sorted it

Great location, nice as quiet. However on arrival to the caravan we were greeted with a massive pile of rubbish, spewing out of the bins, across from where we were staying. Not a good start. The caravan itself looked fine, to start with, then we noticed what looked like cigarette burns near the entrance, brown stains (chocolate?) on the sofa and curtains and food crumbs under the table. Shame as the facilities inside were fine and enough room for the 6 of us. Unfortunately hygiene is no.1 for us, and this just didn't stand up for us. Wouldn't return. Nice hot tub though...

Lovely carvavan park if you like to be out of the way but close to amenities clean and maintained daily, we had a hot tub and was fab to enjoy day or night. less that a 3 minite drive to shops and 5 minute drive from Skegness Town with lots to do.better mattresses in beds would be an advantage bit all round was lovely

The most beautiful lodge we have ever stayed in! Spotlessly clean inside inside and out. Everything we could have needed kitchen and cleaning wise was provided. The beds were comfy and the site was lovely and clean and very quiet considering how close to the action of skegness we were. I would not hesitate to go here again and recommend to family and friends. 5 stars from us

This is a lovely little site. It has a small play area for the children. It has a green area where you can play ball games. The beach is about 2 miles away. Walkable for adults and older children, but wouldnt recommend for smaller children. The site was lovely and clean. The staff were fantastic. I would definitely stay here again.

Fun family holiday, only minus was no toaster, so had to use the grill old school, that apart very clean and comfy nice shower.Would return.

Stayed for a weekend in August caravan lovely very clean and comfortable. This was our second stay and would definitely stay again.

Fantastic holiday, great out of town location that provides easy access to Skegness Town.We came with a 6 year old and 18 month old.

A lovely 4 night stay here, we were really happy with our accommodation and would definitely stay again.On arrival there was an unpleasant smell like a dirty mop had been used to clean the floors and also a few dead flies found in the kitchen area however with everything else being so nice it didn't put us off!

Enjoyed a 4 night stay here in august. Checking in was very straight forward. Staff very helpful. Accommodation was ready and clean. Hot tub was fantastic. Was checked every day. The site was very clean and tidy. The park it self is only a 5-10 min drive into town. Would definitely stay here again.

Would have liked closer shops & bars. But other than that excellent. Travel was really bad. If your unable to walk your not going to get far

Lovely quiet park friendly staff, booking in and out very easy. Lodge was well maintained and clean, hot tub fantastic would definitely stay again.

Asked for manager to call when leaving to be told I would have to email details to raise complaint

Lovely clean caravan. Very spacious, especially for a wheelchair user. The sliding doors were very stiff to open/close but mentioned this to the helpful and friendly lady on check out who said this would be passed on. Dining chairs as opposed to stools would have provided extra dining comfort.

The lodge was beautiful and a great size, unfortunately the gas hob wasn't working as it had been recalled therefore affected all of our pre-bought food for meals and meant we either had to buy out or buy new food to be cooked in either the oven or microwave. Heated towel rails in the bathrooms were on full blast with no obvious way to turn off resulting in the bedroom with the ensuite getting very hot which was not ideal with an 8 month old baby!!

No dishwasher as advertised

Caravan itself was great however we found several pans, trays and glasses had not been cleaned

Excellent customer service . Reception staff and grounds staff extremely friendly.

Lovely clean site, peaceful located close to skegness.

Any issues we had were dealt with in a timely manner and was no bother for the staff .

No issues with WiFi connection for my 3 teenagers in the caravan.

Only downside was the cleanliness of the van when we first arrived, toilet brush dirty, used tissues in the living room.

The lodge is simply fantastic. Clean, modern and the hot tub is just amazing
