Honestly - absolutely delighted with The Harriet. Beautifully kept, comfortable. Welcomed with a bottle of bubbles! We had our doggo with us, and the owners provided proper covers for all the furniture - taking away any stress we had over keeping it clean. I would recommend and positively encourage people to stay here.Lovely home away from home

We stayed in the sensation C19 and enjoyed our stay.Would have given 5 stars if there wasn't any problems, there was a few with the blind not opening and closing, no instructions to where things were and instructions for using washing machine, cooker were nowhere to be found. Then there was the hot tub!Staff were fantastic whenever there was a problem and helped straight away, but we had 2 nights where we could not use the hot tub due to it locking and not restarting after the 20 minute jet cycle. The grounsdsman came out and restarted the hot tub at around 10.30pm saturday night and it worked for 20 minutes before loccking again, but he had gone away by the time it stopped so we could not use it that night. The hot tub was of very poor standard to what we have used before, very basic round hot tub with only 4 rows of 3 jets in each row and not very hot.The whole point of us booking a lodge with hot tub is to enjoy it, but found it very lacklustre and the reason for us putting a low score for value for money.Lodge was very well equipped and clean (except for the settee's and carpet) Some of the soft furnishing could do with a clean or upgrade : ie - bar stools had parts of the material missing and looked tiredFully equipped kithen with dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, good sized fridge freezer and microwave and Iron, Ironing board and airer (last 3 were under the matress that lifts up on the double bed, we had to ring reception to find this out.)The bed was comfortable and bedding nice and clean.Towels supplied for the bathrooms were lovely and clean.2 bathrooms and main bathroom had a bath and shower in.

Gorgy place, loved the dishwasher, found streaming services worked on the tv even though we had read about no wifi. Enclosed garden space was great for our dog who likes to bark at everything she sees and hears. Very quiet place which was nice and helped with said noisy little gal of ours. Hot tub was spectacular. The heating and fake fire place was an honest luxury. So much room. Bathrooms were fantastic and not small like we had read. 100% would come again

The lodge was very comfortable and good for families. The novelty of limited phone signal and no internet wore off after a few days - take some good books! The lodge has a washer/dryer and dishwasher which was really helpful. Our lodge didn't have a hot tub (wasn't expecting there to be one, but it would have been nice!). Could have done with something to hang swimming costumes up outside & another pan.

The Jasmine was a lovely comfortable lodge home from home, and for pet friendly accommodation it was incredibly clean. It has a secure private garden with BBQ, and a secluded hot tub, which we took advantage off every day. The Lodge was fully equipped with all kitchen equipment but some oven gloves would have been handy. Great relaxing break, will definitely book again.

Throughly enjoyed our break in this lovely, well equipped lodge. All very clean and a bonus to have two bathrooms. Kitchen had full size appliances and plenty of equipment to cook/eat in. Hot tub was super and we did not feel overlooked.

One of the best, if not the best holiday lodge we have stayed in. The owners thought of everything. The lodge was spotless and beautifully decorated. It smelt so clean and fresh. There are plenty of board games and the lodge has WiFi for those rainy days. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

We stayed in the Avocet lodge, it was lovely. Plenty of space, bedrooms and living space very comfortable. We all loved it! The only things that maybe could be improved is perhaps larger door mats, although we took shoes off at the door the door mat was small, and you could use 2 doors and there was only the small mat at one. A extra chair, there is a 2 seater sofa (you could squeeze 3 on but it would be cosy) and 2 armchairs, if you had 3 couples staying in the lodge or a family of 6 there would be a fight for the comfy seats!! The only other thing is perhaps a few extra pieces of kitchen crockery, perhaps a couple of larger dishes for cooking, as its self catering. We cooked one night and had to cook in batches as there wasnt a large enough dish or frying pan.

A lovely relaxing stay in Jasmine Lodge. The hot tub was wonderful, with the water lovely and warm. Lots of storage, which we didn't really use as we were only there for 2 nights. My only criticism was the kitchen equipment could be more comprehensive. The lack of a corkscrew was a real gotcha, thank heavens we had a bottle with a screw top as well. A larger frying pan would also be a useful addition if cooking for more than two people. Despite these minor niggles, we would highly recommend and plan to book again.
