Overall really happy with the caravan.

Date of stay: 8th August 2020
The only problem with the caravan is that the bathroom floor being disability adapted was always wet there was nothing to mop it up with but I think that was due to Covid 19 as all the essentials were taken out eg mop hoover ornaments cushions ..

We had a great chilled week a great park not to busy but safe for kids not sure what it's like normality as everything closed while we were there because of corona virus

Came down from Isle of lewis to visit family and looking for a base. Lovely caravan, warm and cosy. Dog was happy and although the weather was not good, we managed to get him out for a few walks.

We all had a brill holiday, would return, the only thing i can say negatively is with having a dog that maults, having a brush to clean the carpet isn't a good idea, a vacuum would be better.

Overall, we would probably return if we had a different caravan. Things that would be helpful would be a clock and somewhere to hang coats. Laundrette on site but I personally would kill for a washer/dryer in the caravan! It would be interesting to see this park in the winter and whether we would enjoy it as much. Clean, quiet park with good enough facilities for kids. Good location for exploring by car.

Nice park, easy to access, clean and well laid out. Shame about (some of) the staff and facilities. Must try harder, but has potential

accomodation was excellent for the price. Just a few niggles - grill tray did not fit in oven, no freezer and no salt and pepper (our fault for forgettting but simple things help)

This holiday park was perfect for our needs, the caravan was lovely, only marked down on comfort due to mattress needing updated, however we had a great break. Fairly short drive to beautiful beaches and historical attractions.

Great wee holiday caravan lovely !! Snug and warm loved it very spacious close to irvine and shops
Jane, Gb
Beautifully maintained site in lovely countryside. The staff all lovely and very welcoming. We never used the pool or gym. The caravan was a 3-bedroomed pet friendly caravan with extremely comfortable beds which were all made up for our arrival. There was plenty of hot water and towels. A tea towel and oven glove were also provided. There were complimentary tea/coffee provisions. The shower was also very good. The caravan had full gas central heating and was very comfortable. For being a pet friendly caravan, the quality of the van was amazing. It's such a shame that with current restrictions, no background music or pool tables could be used which was unavoidable. The local town of Kilwinning is instantly forgettable but is the nearest town for food shopping. There is a very busy road nearby and traffic noise was noticeable as our caravan was in the second last row to the road.
Yvonne, Yarm North Yorkshire
Would definitely go again. Even lockdown restrictions didnt stop me enjoying this place. A great base for daytrips.
