Small and more like a caravan compared to other lodges I've stayed in. Beautiful area and scenery and it was lovely and peaceful. Sofas were very uncomfortable. Could do with some sun loungers and an iron. More privacy around the hot tub area would be nice. Staff lovely. Would return if cheaper. Can get better for your money elsewhere

The lodge was lovely but to sleep 6 there wasn't a seating area in the lounge to sit 6 people comfortably unless the dining table was used as well as the 2 seater sofa and 2 armchairs. Also I would expect upgraded white goods such as a full size kettle and 4 slice toaster instead of what appeared to be a travel kettle and only a 2 slice toaster.

We had a really comfy and enjoyable stay. A pleasant surprise when we found the bar and pool was open as Is read not open until the day after we'd left. Lovely and very friendly staff. Would definitely come back again. It was perfect for what we had gone for

Stayed in the Vip symphony lodge 1 for 3 nights. Immaculately clean, friendly staff who were very helpful, hot tub was best we have ever had. Only slight issue was no wifi, fine for us but would have been handy for my son!

What a wonderful holiday we had at Andrews Hayes orchard retreat. Before the holiday my husband had radiation treatment for prostate cancer and we both needed a break. We decided to stay another night as it was our 55th wedding anniversary. Amanda in reception arranged this, she was so helpful she even gave us recommendations on places to eat out on our special day. We have booked to return next year.

Lovely lodge with great views over the valley. Very clean and hot tub was amazing. Kids loved the pool and playground and we enjoyed the bar restaurant . All the staff were great and friendly.

The Symphony VIP with hot tub and surroundings was beautiful. Added perks were that there were a complimentary bottle of prosecco and a pack of biscuits left in the caravan. I would totally recommend Andrewshayes Retreat which is tranquil, relaxing with beautiful views along with the caravans and hot tubs being brand spanking new all added to a fantastic experience.
However the rest of the site was tired and run down.

The only draw back was the fact you had to pay for the wi-fi, I would rather have an internet caf near the main entrance and pay more on the rental if the wi-fi was free.
