Beautiful setting on the river, quiet location, park the car up and enjoy picturesque walks along the Thames path. This site and owner gets 10 out of 10!

Lovely trip away. The lodge was in great condition, very clean and big. Come with many extra amenities like a fan, an Iron, all cooking equipment. The hot tub was fantastic, and gives you the privacy from your neighbours.

Lodge had everything we needed and was so comfortable and clean.Staff very helpful and surrounding area great with local pubs and shops for anything we needed.

Great accommodation, had everything we needed including towels, robe, shower gel and shampoo. Complimentary chocs on arrival. Very clean throughout, parking right outside property was ideal for us and we had view on the Thames out the front. Hot tub was so clean a warm, a great addition.

The Hot tub is the obvious main attraction and the river as your morning view. Unfortunately we found it less clean than usual with a sock and cigarette butts on the veranda, and dead flies and a toothpaste box under the sofa! Oh and a squashed spider above the bathroom cabinet.

The lodge was extremely comfortable with modern furnishings and lots of personal additions to make the stay feel more personal.We had a great night's sleep every night.The staff on site were very friendly and helpful.We have booked to return.

I have to say we enjoyed our stay at Benson Waterfront immensely. The Lodge was superb, we wanted for nothing, .Cleanliness, staff politeness, friendliness and facilitiesall in our mind, rated 100%. The little touches matter, things like the bathrobes for the hot tub, cling film and foil in the kitchen.They all add up to making a memorable, holiday. Thank you to all concerned.

Our lodge was spotlessly clean and very well equipped, it was especially useful to be supplied with towels and robes for the hot tub! Our 2 bedroom lodge accommodated 4 adults very comfortably. We particularly loved the close proximity to the river and use of our own private hot tub.Thank you, we would love to visit again!

A wonderfully relaxing 4 night break. From the initial booking and numerous payment options right through to checking out at the end of the holiday was a hassle free experience. Check in also provided some useful information regarding local discounts and transport options. The location of the lodge looked out onto the river Thames less than 100 ft from our balcony. The lodge itself was spotless and perfect size for 2 people. Facilities on site were excellent and some lovely pubs serving great food just a few minutes away. A bus ride to Oxford, from the stop outside the entry gate, cost just £2 per person each way - great value.Some nice walking options available straight from your door too with the Thames path and other public rights of way clearly signposted around the area. I'd suggest this is a generally quiet location as a lot of the lodges are privately owned and there's little to attract families with young children so it's perfect for anyone wanting a peaceful holiday. Staff, residents, and people on some of the moored boats were all cheerful and friendly too.Highly recommended.

We had a really lovely stay at Benson Waterfront. The lodge was impeccably clean on arrival. Kitchen well equipt, apart from a wooden spoon. Hot tub and surroundings were excellent. We will be returning.

Perfect spot for a spring break

Genuinely one of my absolute favourite places I have ever been. Absolutely beautiful surroundings everywhere and I am hoping to return in October of this year for longer this time. Such helpful and friendly staff and the lodge was super clean, and had all the utensils needed for a stay. A beautiful place, thank you for an amazing long weekend and I look forward to returning!! :)

The accommodation was superb. Very clean and well presented. The hot tub was amazing . I would highly recommend this for a restful break!

The lodge was provided with everything we needed, towels and robes for hot tub, towels for bathroom, tea and coffee and all kitchen utensils and appliances were there. Adjustable heating, comfortable beds and sofa. TV in the bedroom was good.

Sofas could be bigger! That's my only gripe :)

Great lodge and has everything you need. The only downside I would sadly, is the mattress was a little too firm for my liking.

The lodges were extremely well equipped with a beautiful view looking over the Thames from the hot tub that was checked daily

The sofas were small, could have done with a corner sofa instead of 2, two seater sofas.We had an issue trying to get the Tv to connect to the wifi, so couldnt use its smart features. The kitchen was lovely, and had all the necessities we needed for our stay.

Return visit, we weren't disappointed. Staff excellent and so clean and well equipped.

Had an Amazing weekend break at this delightful caravan/lodge. Ever so clean and all the home comforts you could need in the property (and more…even bathrobes to use when you get out the tub!). Staff were really friendly and helpful, and it’s such a beautiful peaceful location, owith stunning walks in all directions, cafe/restaurant on site and local towns nearby with more to offer. Would highly recommend. Thanks for a lovely time.

We enjoyed our stay. The loge & hot tub was amazing & very clean. Staff are very friendly & helpful, always on hand. Just would like to say the hot tub well matained. But Just disappointed it had a small leak, and the view of the river was not good, because of the trees & the caravans that was phich up in front of our loge.

A lovely lodge with hot tub in a beautiful riverside setting. Close to local attractions, but secluded in its own way. Very friendly and helpful staff, nice bistro within easy walking distance.

Great lodges in beautiful location. Very clean and well maintained. Couldn't fault them.

We stopped here for a week and we absolutely loved our stay. We didn’t experience any problems whilst there so unable to comment on this. The lodge was very clean and had everything you could need to self cater. We used the Waterfront cafe which is adjacent to the lodge site and found it be be reasonable and what we ate was good. We also used the pub in the village finding the service / food excellent. There is a bus stop in front of the Waterfront cafe car park so you can access Oxford, Reading and lots of other places without having to use the car. We can not see hunk of a bad thing to say about these lodges, hopefully to return soon

Beautiful, clean lodge with everything provided made for a comfortable stay. Hot tub was immaculately clean and checked daily. Only ate once at the restaurant but food was lovely, service quick and staff polite. Would recommend a stay here.

Really impressed with the lodge, couldn’t of asked for anything better. The host was very friendly and helpful. A very beautiful place, we will definitely go back.
