Fabulous lodge and we had a great weekend

Beautiful caravan. Great hot tub. Friendly staff

Very good. The hot tub could do with another panel and a few repairs to the existing panels. A lovely site very clean we will come back.

Lovely holiday just full of flies and cobwebs in the lodge

Caravan was clean and comfortable but would say that warning needs to be given if after using hot tub do not attempt to walk on van floor as it is very slippery and my daughter had quite a bad fall I had to put towels on the floor to make it safe for her to get to bedroom so she could change in to dry clothing.

Excellant great staff especially the girl on reception wed afternoon.

Bed was dipped in the middle and a little noisey when you moved. Fridge milk holder was broken. Grill on oven did not work. Had problems with the toilet and shower. Caravan looked nothing like the online photos. Very disappointed

Holiday was great. Staff were very friendly and the caravan + hottub was well presented and clean.

As I didn't use the restaurant, I can't comment on it, the rest was great.

Lovely clean caravan with everything that we needed

We spent a long weekend here as a last minute break. The caravan was lovely and spacious and spotlessly cleaned. It was really well stocked with all you'd need. The hot tub outside was a great size and the on site pool was fantastic. The shop had plenty of essentials and the on-site play area was great for the children. Will be back for sure.

Loved the pool. Early swim with grandson every day .caravan had everything we needed .everything worked well cooker,shower, heating .

Very large and comfortable for just the 2 of us, we booked this accommodation for the hot tub and it didn't disappoint.

Generally a nice caravan. Ensuite WC tiny, felt I needed to have a window open in lounge but most of the windows don't open. Gate to veranda needs attention and for a pet friendly caravan found bin with no top difficult. Even with heating on it felt drafty particularly at night.

Site was reasonable but the cleanliness in the lodge left a lot to be desired. For example the light shade in the main bedroom above the bed was filled with cobwebs dead spiders and the remains of their meals. Not pleasant.

Would definitely stay again if visiting the area

Tidy clean and friendly. Nice quiet little park.

Great little find in cheddar. If you are looking you should book you won't be disappointed.

The caravan was superb with quality furnishings. The Hot Tub was so welcome.

Again hot tub warm so disappointed, no hose pipe to refill, need to sort out hot tubs as this was meant to be the highlight of our break

The lodge was a Great size and had everything we needed.

Not cleaned very well at all, Curtains hadn't been dusted around in what looked like months. Old food under the coffee table. Dirty kitchen utensils. 2 saucepans and 2 baking trays nowhere near enough to be able to cook for 6 which is what the lodge sleeps.

Not what I'd call a superior you need to rebrand as a bronze!

Cannot wait for our next holiday at Bucklegrove .
