Visitor Reviews of Bucklegrove Holiday Park

Emma
Date of stay: 12th March 2025
The hot tub was a bit cosy and lacked privacy, which was a little disappointing. The playground for the kids was quite small and lacked variety. But overall, we had a lovely weekend and would definitely return for a long weekend again. Nice break!

We had a lovely holiday, more like a lodge stay over Christmas. Still, it was really enjoyable all the same!
Sam
Date of stay: 16th October 2024
Overall, the caravan was decent size, but I expected more for a luxury place - like a TV in the main bedroom wouldve been nice. The hottub was a nice touch, but it could definitely do with some TLC since some jets werent working properly. Still, we enjoyed it!

We had a really pleasant stay. The site was spotless and welcoming. The hot tub was great, though it needs an extra panel and some minor repairs. Well return!

A lovely break, but the lodge was full of flies and cobwebs.

Date of stay: 1st June 2022
We really enjoyed our stay, the caravan was spotless and super comfy. Just a heads up, if youve been in the hot tub, dont rush to walk straight on the van floor - it gets really slippery! We had to lay towels down so our daughter wouldnt slip. Overall, lovely place, but a bit of a safety tip wouldve been helpful.

We decided to have a spontaneous weekend away and stayed here. The caravan was really comfortable, surprisingly spacious and spotless when we arrived. Everything we needed was there, which was handy. The hot tub outside was a nice touch and the pool was perfect for relaxing. The shop had all the essentials and the kids loved the play area. Well definitely return!

Date of stay: 1st May 2022
The place was surprisingly spacious and super comfy for just the two of us. We chose it mainly for the hot tub and it was perfect!
Charlotte, Wokingham
Date of stay: 28th April 2022
Overall, the caravan was pretty nice, though a few issues stood out. The ensuite WC is tiny and I had to keep a window open in the lounge since most dont open. The veranda gate needs fixing and the open-top bin wasnt ideal for a pet-friendly space. It did feel a bit drafty at night despite the heating. Not bad, but could be better!
Chris, Somerset
