We really enjoyed our stay and were very pleasantly surprised. We were not sure what to expect with pictures showing a little outdated decor, but that actually added to the cosiness of the place. Everything was immaculately clean and our table was set with Christmas crackers (on the 30th of December) and chocolates and extra goodies. It really did put a big smile on our faces. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the pool and sauna and the gym were amazing and no booking required! Our whole family really enjoyed the stay and we really want to be back soon!

We were very happy with our experience at the park. The cabin was very well setup, we were very impressed by the attention to detail for Christmas with a little Christmas Tree to decorate yourself and a fully setup Christmas table with decorations. The cabin was nice and clean and you have everything you need for self catering. The employees in general were very helpful. The bed mattresses were a little aged if I am honest. The heated pool is not the warmest for a winter swim, but the temperature is good enough for a quick dip if you brave it. The other facilities like the steam room and sauna are a great addition. We enjoyed out stay and will be back.

Second time i have booked this lodge this year. Lovely, clean lodge ideal for a small family lookimg for a base to explore the area.

High standard of equipment and comfort. Really comfortable bed and good central heating! Loved the hot tub which was ready for us on a large decking area.

lovely relaxing holiday, beautiful surroundings friendly helpful staff, lots to see locally went to the Rye bonfire festival and you have hastings near by I have been five times now and will be back

First time staying in a lodge. Stayed in the Richmond lodge. Decor was amazing, very clean , tidy , spacious, stunning. The views are amazing with hot tub as added extra. The lodge had everything you need for your stay and fully equipped. Was a really comfortable stay. The snug in the Richmond lodge was cosy. Would stay again in the Richmond. Loved it and had a lovely stay for my birthday weekend

Lodge has all you need for a holiday. Spacious lodge with patio doors to sun balcony. Ideal for relaxing in the evening with drink, watching sun go down. Comfortable beds for goodnight sleep.We were in No 10 lodge, needs a doorstep outside entrance door, as quite a big drop.

Third or fourth time one of the family have had this lodge during our annual get together.Super lodge. Fantastic views towards the coast!

Well appointed. Comfortable beds. Clean white towels. No kitchen supplies , eg salt & pepper, cooking oil. No extra loo rolls.

The lodge was stunning, clean, and well equipped, the views are amazing and was a really comfortable stay.2nd time staying in Richmond, have stayed in New Jersey and Colorado plus previously and although they are both very nice, Richmond is my favourite.

A very tranquil location with wonderful views. Reception staff could not have been more friendly and welcoming. We much enjoyed our short break.

The lodge is very comfortable, but certain items need upgrading. Both the showers need looking at, the base cupboard under sink in main bedroom needs replacing. There is some skirting missing in main bedroom and the mattress needs replacing.The fire in lounge has no remote and although it can be used there is nothing to show you how, we had the maintenance man show us how to use it.

Great Park , polite staff that smiled and were knowledgeable . Couple of issues with lodge, but otherwise perfect .

A few of the cabinets had dropped so had to lift them to close but coped with this by not using all of them. A loose handle on the door leading to one of the bathrooms. The odd cobweb around the lounge but not enough to worry about. A little bit of updating the decor around the Lodge needed but this did not affect our holiday. We'd definitely stay again though.

Wonderful holiday, lodge was spotless and great for families

The Country Plus is a spacious lodge with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen has a cooker, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher. There is an ironing board and iron and an airer. The lounge had three two seater sofas so not on top of each other. The hot tub was always lovely and warm so was used in the rain and in the evening. Wonderful view from our decking.

Would have been nice to have a fan as was very hot returning g in the evening

Well equipped kitchen.2 X twin rooms+1 X doubleTwo bathrooms, handy when there's 6 of you.Comfy beds and living space, plenty of seating.Outside furniture, and of course the hot tub, which is so relaxing.

Very tired and low seating unsuitable for older guests with mobility issues.The kettle on/off switch had to be held down to stay on.Very comfortable beds

A well equipped lodge in a good location.

Furniture a little dated and not particularly comfortable.Beds were VERY 'firm' and again not that comfortable.Bathroom and toilet could do with some TLC.Just a few observations that could improve things significantly.Overall, very satisfied with the lodge and the site.

Lodge was i think about 12 / 13 years old. Had been refurbished in last year or so i guess. Very clean. Smart looking interior. Great welcome pack. Only down side as far as i was concerned was bed was too soft for my liking & lovely bedroom curtains let sunlight in at 5am which woke me up.First time i have had a Colotado lodge but would happily book one again.
