A great break.Eileen went above and beyond to ensure we were in a lodge most suitable for our disabled son.All other members of staff were really helpful.A lovely lodge and fab hot tub.The weekend went too fast

Really nice holiday park and lodge. Only negative was the quality of the knifes in accommodation - dangerously blunt! Other than that a great holiday.

The pets loved the location, the kitchen was huge, bigger than one at home, fridge/freezer a decent size too, only bad point was the sofa too high backed.

Excellent, the park was lovely. Such a beautiful setting walking round the park just seeing the countryside is lovely. Lodge was lovely and comfortable, beds were very comfortable and the heating was on when we arrived and very easy to use. The hot tub is lovely. We used it for our whole stay. We will definitely return

Looks lovely from the photos and hes hot tub was lush but inside light fittings were hanging, coverings on the drawers int he bedrooms were coming off. Shower wouldnt drain, wasps every where. Oven didnt cooked property, couldnt put the heating on was quiet cold at night. Also felt rushed to leave on check out day when staff came and brought stuff for turning over. Facilities on site werent exciting and didnt entertain my son much. Very quiet hardly anyone on site and lots of plots empty. Was great for location to get to things but wouldnt stay here again especially after paying so much for such outdated and broken property.

Amazing accommodation

The lodge was a really nice size it was more than big enough for 4. My mum found there was enough space to move around, and she is semi disabled. They was enough kitchen equipment there, and everything was so clean.

Fantastic place to relax and enjoy the peace. Lodge was wonderful and brilliant value for money. It was worth the 300+ miles to get there. Staff were really friendly .

Severely stained duvet cover, vinyl flooring in bathroom bubbling up due to severe damp and yet not one of the cleaning staff noticed although the smell of damp was quite bad and this was a Duluxe plus lodge. When we complained we were moved but wasted half a day moving to new accommodation which also had a smell of damp in onsuite shower room, clearly the maintenance of all the accommodation on site and cleaning on accommodations needs to be addressed promptly

Spotless clean, beds really comfortable sofas extremely comfortable bathroom and en-suite had really good space.

Lodge was very clean and well kept.Better inside that it looks on the pictures. Could do with more pans trays as its self catering with no facilities on site to eat out and not many options for food delivery.Were were happy with the lodge on arrival and staff were on hand if you needed anything. Very pleasant and helpful.

An amazing place. Beautiful surroundings. A really lovely location. Accommodation was outstanding. A really comfortable sleep, rooms are spacious, luxurious and spotless. Hot tub was a grateful welcome after a long day exploring. Relaxing and quiet. The customer service was also amazing, Conrad was most helpful, a true gentleman. This place is such a gem. Will definitely be returning. Made our stay here difficult to leave.

Arm chairs and settee are cracked and outer surfaces are pealing off looks bad

Can't fault the place we stayed in, very clean and modern! Outside seating was a bonus as we had lovely weather when we stayed. Hot tub was lovely to made the hoilday complete!

great hot tub and the cabin had everything you needed. The heating worked so well it was very pleasant.

The lodge had everything we needed and was really cosy and spacious, just a little dated. The beds were super comfy!

Perfect location for a relaxing weekend. No bar, restaurant on site. But we had a hot tub and used the caravan as a base for days out to the local areas. Would book again.

Brilliant & cosy cottage far enough out the way to be secluded but close enough to local amenities. Amazing hotub & bathroom with underfloor heating throughout tops it off. The owners, Rob & Sharon are wonderful! (And of course Bonnie) Will definitely be coming back again for longer ASAP!!
