Has everything you need, is very basic (but it is the basic choice). We didn't spend much time in there due to other activities, so it was everything we needed it to be.

Sofa was a bench we had to buy beach chairs. To sit on Bed was so hard left us with back pain

Well maintained site, very clean. Site was also quite quiet most of the time. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The fold up bed in the lounge is really uncomfortable ????

Beds so uncomfortable, it actually hurt lying in them, come home in pain.Chalet needs insulating, also tapping sound all night from the heating?? Doesnt help when youre trying to sleep on an uncomfortable bed!!

Lovely stay with great facilities. The chalets could do with a deep clean and upgrading carpets and sofas. The beds are rather uncomfortable

What a place. Its massive. 4 TVs and fast internet. Towels, bedding, washer, toaster and dishwasher all provided. Hot tub lived by family only negatives was no tea towel and no hoover, but a quick call and we had a hoover for an hour. Oddly they gave a box of matches with the welcome bits in the kitchen. But all in all great.

Lovely chalet and clean, a bit far to walk to the main reception/clubhouse, the sofa was quite small and uncomfortable but was fine to stay in for the week.

The caravan itself was aged, during high winds and caravan struggled and a side panel did fall off. Our accommodation we knew offers a place for dogs, but it wasnt as clean as it couldve been. Not offering towels isnt ideal - something to maybe offer in future. Even things like a tea towel for the kitchen arent provided which makes it difficult when cooking. The caravan had a lovely hot tub which we cant fault. However, when you view the images online as to what you have when you arrive it is a little disappointing. Could do with an upgrade on the inside and the beds changed as VERY soft mattress.

The caravan was great it was pet friendly so didn't need to worry about my dog getting out as it was gated .WiFi available Netflix clean and the the hotub well amazing. Will be going back loved it

This was the best kept accomodation I have ever stayed in! But it was also the most expensive!

We hired a chalet (10) was cold in the evening but heating soon warmed up the place, there was a constant rattle noice from the radiators all night which was annoying. Double bed wasnt very comfortable but the kids bed were great. Great items in the chalet in kitchen area, wasnt very clean overall, a lot of cobwebs that clearly have been there a while.

We found in this lodge a crack in the ceiling in one of the bedrooms. Twin room had bad smell in it for 2 days. Dinning table and chairs didn't match rest of decor. Found out our lodge used to be a site office. So it wasn't fitted out the same as the others. Not a problem but we paid 1100 for 7 day stay.

Garden needed a good tidy, the furniture in the lounge very uncomfortable but the Villa was clean and spacious.

The sofa was too small for 5 people and was broke. Beds were so hard and very uncomfortable. The seats around the dining table were so uncomfortable it killed our backs. Double bed was way to small for 2 adults. Not enough cutlery or plates, cereal bowls or egg cups. Not the correct spatulas. Sink and toilet both cracked. Carpets are filty.

The lodge was nice. Carpet had a few staines and settees too, but thats most likely to be as it was a pet one. Very spacious and lots of room. Hot tub was brilliant!

The site itself was ok but they should be ashamed of renting out the accommodation. For nearly £250 a NIGHT we expected the minimum basics, like in the bathroom a lock on the door, a clean light switch, a mirror and a bin. In the bedrooms we expected a bedside lamp, unfortunately as some of the bedrooms didnt even have a plug socket we were disappointed, a bed and pillows that didnt feel like sleeping on bricks. Getting nearly no sleep does not make for a good holiday. The living room a coffee table or anywhere at all to put a drink down other that the filthy badly fitting carpet. The kitchen was equipped with the bare minimum, had to drink wine out of a tumbler, a bin that the lid didnt stay down on so had to empty daily. Outside glass in the grass that was obvious and should have been spotted by the cleaning staff, WE picked it up, and not a single place to sit outside. Awful chalet all around and defiantly will not be going back. Company should be embarrassed taking peoples hard earned money, time and memories with family (especially as this may well be the last one we have together). You literally couldnt pay us to go back.

Enjoyed our 4 night stay. Chalet was comfortable and plenty of room for the kids to play outside.

We chose the platinum pet friendly caravan as we value cleanliness and comfort on holiday. The cushions in the lounge had scribbles all over them the carpet looked as though it was hoovered about 2 months ago had there been a hoover I would have used it. There were no towels - good job we brought ours - you would expect towels when you are paying premium price. The door latches on the decking were broken

A lot has been replaced since we stayed here last year. Curtains have been replaced by blinds, the heaters have been updated and you now have a much larger TV on the wall. Could do with a bathroom cabinet though.

Chalet was adequate for the two of us not sure it would be big enough for four people.. sofa wasnt as comfortable for relaxing but was clean and bright. All furniture was very clean . Maybe not as glamourous as a caravan but it was nice to be in a chalet

Clean and tidy. Couch wasn't comfortable, but as previously stated, budget accommodation at a great price, so don't expect a luxury lodge for the price!
