Nice clean van, well appointed.No tea spoons or draining rack???????????????

Lovely caravan, couldn't ask for more really. Was clean and neat when we arrived, decor was modern, loved it. The sofa bed was a massive hit with us all, kids included! Very relaxing!

Have been to better sites. Clean & no parking near caravans is a good safety system, however the carpark is way too small, very uneven & no designated disabled bays.Caravans fine but have been in better at Haven sites. 99% of vans have no deck. There was no outdoor furniture.

Clean a comfortable Would have loved a tea towel & bath mat.

Bar and restaurant was very good, enjoyed the meals we had - no complaints at all. The arcade needs a bit of love, a lot of the games broken or very old. Outdoor pool was great, didnt use the indoor one as for smaller children. A bit annoying you cant park next to the caravans but not a major problem as overflow car park a 2 minute walk. Shower was hot and powerful and beds comfy. Caravan was fine for our week stay but internet was an issue as not very good anywhere on site, we didnt pay for the park broadband service as felt this should be included

The comfort was poor, the sofa was uncomfortable. Beds were to narrow and the bedrooms were too small, couldn't move around the beds to get dressed.

Can't really rate or comment, as didn't use!

Missed a few bits of rubbish, no bin bag or washing up liquid which would have been good, we did have someone come and check everything was OK.

The caravan was filthy, the kettle was full of limescale so had to buy limescale remover to clean it. Ants everywhere and the sofas were stained and full of sand so hadnt been cleaned properly! Did not smell clean either. The kitchen blind was also broken.

Could be better, could have been warned about ongoing works on site, had constant flow of workmen passing and staring into the caravan. Had to move our car due to large lorries in and out of the car park close to us. Caravan could have been cleaner, however plenty of space for the 6 adults we had on the holiday, pull out bed not great so used sofa instead which was ok. Microwave display broken and no instructions on how to use appliances. Shop was ok but could have had better stock. Only any good if you drive really, public transport from this park was not great and being disabled this meant I had to stay on site most days and with little to do there I paid a lot.

Caravan was excellent.

Lovely location where our lodge was, only one night in the field opposite were there were people camping was a lot of noise but apart from that I would definitely go back. Bit pricey but it was a late booking so maybe that was why.

Caravan was really nice,a bit of rubbish under the seats in the living room area but main parts u expect to be clean were spotless

We had a great time here. The location was perfectly placed for getting about and enjoying days out. The park and caravan we stayed in were very clean and well equipped. The on site shop was handy although lacked quantity and selection but the local supermarket is just down the road. Staff were great and really helpful. All in all a great time was had and would definitely recommend this location.

The caravan itself was great. Only problem was the hen party next to our caravan which had a party till one in the morning.

My family and I have just come back from a mini holiday to this park and had a fantastic time.

Both the site and our caravan were extremely clean and the staff professional and friendly. We were very impressed with the service provided by the park and cant praise its staff enough. The caravan was spotless (I mean spotless) and was well equipped with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The attention to detail re. the COVID-19 situation and cleanliness was commendable.

We will be recommending and returning.

No veranda as advertised so marked down on furniture and fittings

One of the best holidays Ive ever taken & definitely 1 of the most relaxing . Theres something for everyone there

the whole of the holiday was a very pleasant one in very pleasant surroundings and there are 3 supermarkets within walking distance

We had a lovely relaxing week and will definitely go back again

Caravan was lovely. It was clean and tidy. Comfortable to stay in felt at home. Only thing i would recommend is that they provide a sponge to wash up with and towel to dry, however a member of staff was very helpful and got us some as the shop was closed
