Spent half term there in October. Booked through hoseasons, great price.

It was beautiful, clean & tidy & was fully equipped with full size fridge/freezer,dishwasher, microwave & double oven.There was a little starter pack of tea,coffee etc & also a miniature washing up liquid & tea towel.The kitchen & lounge were a good space with lots of room.The beds were already made on arrival & a set of generous sized & good quality towels.It was very warm sometimes too warm but this was easy to manage & caused no problems.The hot tub was checked daily & clearly well looked after.Would recommend extra set of towels for hot tub & extra toilet roll as only one provided.

Whilst showing signs of age, the van was perfectly clean and spacious for a family of 5. Hot tub was lovely and we used that every day. Little basic welcome pack on arrival so you can have a cuppa when you get there. We have been twice and have also been able to check in before 4pm both times. (I imagine this would depend on how busy the resort is but we tend to visit off peak). The van is supplied with all amenities you need, including a dishwasher (bring your own tablets though as this is the only thing we didnt get on arrival) beds are comfy and quite spacious as far as caravan beds go. The WiFi is very good, our son brought his Xbox and was able to connect and play just as he would at home. We will be booking again for next year.

Caravan needed end of season maintenance radiators rusty.no floor mop etc to clean up wet floor micowave could be replaced or made sompler to use..maintenance staff were prompt and helpful.and polite Willi visit again

Beautiful caravan, the hot tub is a big bonus highly recommend. Location is perfect quiet peaceful a great weekend escape from a busy lifestyle.

Clean and great towels were provided. Cushions on the patio chairs were covered in green mould.Beds comfy and well equipped

Only stayed in an Austell 3 because it was an offer we couldnt refuse. Very comfortable, with everything you could need for a great stay.

Good overall, the lodge was very clean and well appointed, loved the hot tub sunk into the decking. Would benefit from a chopping board in the kitchen though and a foot stool for the lounge would also be good!

This time stayed in Padstow elegance.. preferred wadbridge 2 which out daughter stayed in

Just filthy smelly and worn out I don't expect holes in the carpet and drawers hanging off in the kitchen and rusty radiators. Depressing.

Upon arrival we were greeted with a warm friendly welcome at reception. Everything was explained on arrival such as facilities on site and locally and local road closures whilst we were there. The holiday park was well kept and quiet and in a good location to access local amenities and nearby beaches. Our holiday home had all the essentials needed for our stay and as a family of 7 was very spacious. The only criticism I have was that it could have benefited from a deep clean as dust and grime present in certain areas such as shower trays, towels rails and windows and the vacumn smelt when used. But overall we throughly enjoyed our stay and would visit again!

We had a wonderful time . Would go again. Lots of activities for kids and relaxing for the adults.

We booked for our family of 4, we have a five year old and two year old. The twin bedrooms were very small, however perfect size for our two little ones! The holiday home was clean and had everything we needed. We were placed in a great location to all the facilities.

Nice spacious comfortable caravan, like a home from home.
