No complaints on the lodge at all, if anything the decking area could have been a little cleaner and more cleaning equipment left in the kitchen

Perfect for 2 Adults and 2 under 5s, although its sung it was big enough to accommodate us all. The beds really comfortable and the children loved chilling on the beanbag after a busy days exploring.

Fantastic stay. Everything we needed was on site, the pod was equipped with everything needed. Bed we comfortable, place really clean and felt relaxing. Staff super helpful and friendly. Will return!

Absolutely perfect cabin, all spotless, high chair provided and beds comfy. Sadly we ran into issues with the hot tub but we where upgraded for no extra cost to a bigger cabin which was also fab.

beautiful modern lodge, nothing to fault with it just that there wasnt much equipment e.g cleaning materials/ toilet roll so remember to bring them bit apart for that we loved every minute and actually booked again for next year while we were still there!

Settee could do with updating and some more ventilation to ease the flow of air around the pod

Have stayed in lodge before which was lovely, everything you would need.Clean and tidy.Pod not good value, was dated and in need of improvement.Would not recommended a pod.

Overall the pod was good however the double bed is a bit short for anyone 6 foot or over because it is against a wall top and bottom. Also the Pod we were in was a pet friendly one and smelt a bit doggy (we didnt have a dog).

Pod was not clean - shower full of mould. We would never stay here again.

Fantastic condition, exactly as was shown on booking photos. Really cosy with lots of finishing touches. Beds are rather on the small / snug side but then it is a compact lodge to be expected. Lots of good quality cooking utensils. Washing machine and dishwasher which make all the difference. Decking area was high quality and spacious with great patio furniture.

Fabulous food and service throughout, most impressive for a holiday park.

Little on pricey side but all told lively lodge in great spot.

We did feel it was a little expensive as there wasn't much on site but we did feel like we had a luxury lodge.

An amazing first time here but not our last. Friendly staff and very relaxing. An amazing holiday feel.

Spent a lovely long weekend away with my boyfriend and we both thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff were very welcoming and friendly and the overall park was very quiet even with children on site. One down fall of the accommodation was the gap between the partition of the two people lodges as it was easy to see through to next door.

We had a great time here, while the amazing weather helped, we'd go back in a heartbeat. There's so much to do in the lakes, there's no chance of being at a loose end.

Brilliant! I spoke to staff at the end of the holiday about the small number of defects we found and this was welcomed. Overall the set up and staff could not be faulted

The lodge was excellent , the accommodation was almost like brand new. We were very happy with the lodge , the furnishings and the hot tub was great.
Only negatives were that the glasses in the kitchen cupboard were filthy and there was one toilet roll provided for a 5 day stay.
Was glad that I had packed my own glasses and loo roll.

We had the most amazing 4 nights at Ullswater heights, the lodges were absolutely stunning along with their bar and restaurant that over looked the quarry it was beautiful. We can't wait to book again to come back and to top it of the weather was amazing. It is set in such a great location in the lakes very close to alot of lovely walkes and various lakes. There was a few times in the restaurant I asked for sauce etc and it never turned up but other than that I really couldn't fault it.

Had the best time, the lodge was perfect for us and well equipped. Came away feeling totally relaxed and happy.
