The caravan itself was lovely apart from the curtains hanging off the window somebody needs to put some attachments on the curtains

The caravan was very tired and sleeping cramped.

Me, my nan and my kids had such a lovely week away. We didnt want to come home. Everything was perfect.

Was abit disappointed with the facilities and entertainment, was very run down and old. Childrens entertainment/ activities felt very half ***** and were crazy money for what was on offer. Restaurant and bar area were extremely pricey. Caravan was mouldy and smelt of oil/grease. Tried to upgrade but was told there was only top tier left and would cost us almost £200 extra.

Decent location in a lovely port but it was all a bit tired and dated. Id go but more for the location than anything else.

Enjoyed our week. We dont tend to use the indoor facilities now the kids have grown So unfair to comment. Site does look a bit tired but was kept clean. Staff friendly and helpful

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. The caravan was one of the cheaper if options but it surpassed our expectations.

Very comfortable. Heating available for colder weather. Basic shower worked well.

Clean with helpful staff, caravans very packed in and the plastic steps were very slippery and bouncy making them hard to use for anyone that isn't 100 percent fit.

Lovely holiday west bay accommodation OK little worn for new caravan front decking so small could not stand on

Caravan was very basic with little in the way of utensils and not value for money

We were initially given a key for caravan 58, not knowing there were different zones & multiple 58's onsite. They had briefly explained the position, but we arrived at the wrong one, although not knowing this we entered the caravan as the key fit, but we found food in the fridge & cupboards. So we went back to reception to report our findings . Apparently this key was a master key & fitted every caravan on site !!!. We then preceeded to the correct 58, with the same key & unloaded the car. 10 minutes later we got a phone call saying they had messed up & we were in a better caravan than we had paid for, so could you please move!!! someone was coming with key 7. We moved to n7 . It was next to the road, inches from the pavement, which seemed to have a constant stream of cars & pedestrians. Caravan was in total shade, due to the large building's in front. At this point I was in tears & ready to go back home . Couldnt see the point of going back to reception. We left a day & half later, Although we had paid for a 7 day holiday.

Bedrooms could be a bit bigger . Everything else excellent.

Nice caravan clean and good condition. Beds were comfy but lounge furniture very uncomfortable.

With the caravan situated next to the main road it was noisy at times with traffic and our stay not high season or a weekend. Decking right by fence so you had people walking right in front of you. The caravan it self was clean but the cutlery needed a good wash before use as some items had been placed in drawer unwashed, also some items of crockery not very clean. Wi-Fi and phone signal very low, we can live without that but for younger people it could be a major problem especially as activities are bookable by app which wouldn't download. Have been to the camp before and will no doubt go again but would request a caravan away from the main road.

Live out caravan but would have liked a toilet cleaning brush and a stand up clothes drier as the washer/ dryer took quite a time to dry the clothes and would have been good to have a bigger arier was one but was very small

Lovely clean pet caravan no bad things to say

On arrival Grill to cooker was dirty,Candles needed a dust & saucepan could do with replacing other then this very nice caravan shame it was on a corner of a busy road. On arrival they had lost key to caravan in which it took 45 mins to locate it.

Loved this caravan very suitable for us, one of the best weve had in recent years with the 2 double rooms. Site situated in a lovely position.

A very good place to go for a family holiday

It was a really nice break.was not long enough.will return.

Good value for money we paid.

Only thing missing in the caravan was a couple of cushions on the sofas

All round great weekend & a bonus that the site is dog friendly.

Did not use on site restaurant or facilities much because of my sons needs and time thats why I have not rated it .
I wished we could have done .
