Ribby Hall Village Reviews

We have just spent Saturday evening and night at Ribby Hall and attended the Christmas Party / meal. The food and service were excellent as was the live band. Our party of 8 traveled from Bolton in the poor weather and we are all glad we did as we had a great time. We will certainly be back next year and hopefully will stay in the hotel although our lodges this time we very good. Well done to all who made it such a great weekend.

Our accommodation was perfect for our needs. The beds were very comfortable and the living room/kitchen was open plan so was ideal for us to keep an eye on the kids while cooking. I would say that if there was a bbq area then they would be perfect but other than that the accommodation was exactly what we required.

Great cottage but had to walk to the furthest point away from the amenities on the site.

we were asked if we wanted to upgrade but as we had been before in a ribby poppy cottage we didn't feel we needed to. couldn't fault it.

Could not fault anything for the accomodation
Excellent. Gorgeous accommodation. Very clean around the whole site. Children's facilities excellent. Food outlets good.
It was amazing thank you for a great stay ...see you again in November if not before
Excellent place to go. Been many times and looking at going again next year.
Had a fantastic time at ribby hall. Will definitely go again. May cook in the accommodation next time though because although the food was very nice it was also expensive.
2nd time we have been and with 3 grandchildren we had a great time the animal farm was still being built but the staff were really accommodating , would certainly return again.
Lovely time had by all. Reported we didn't have a kitchen plug and a man arrived within the hour to rectify. Everyone really friendly and the village is clean and well maintained. Our electricity went off and someone came immediately. Very friendly and helpful staff in the main reception and when I went in to ask about taxis they were helpful and knew which party we were from. It all felt very relaxing and personal which I prefer to big sites.
Fantastic cottage and facilities. Leisure pool was great when not overcrowded with private swimming classes, residents of Ribby dont always get priority use of whole of pool.
We all enjoyed the stay, great for the kids aged 6 and 4
Lovely place, very helpful and friendly staff, we loved it so much, we booked again for next year. We stayed in Ribby Poppy and were very pleasantly surprised with the spaciousness of all the rooms. Bedding, towels, cot, high chair, all provided. I prefer midweek as I found the weekends with weddings and other events a trifle too hectic for my tastes. The woodland trail is a delight, loved the tea rooms and there were plenty of activities for our two year old. Would have given ten stars, but, the decor in main room was a trifle shabby in parts. One main hope for the future is that the owners install more pram/wheelchair friendly walkways next to roads, as in busy times and wet weather navigating this beautiful site is a bit precarious. Enjoyed my restful, fun, week. Thanks
One of the best holiday parks we've ever been to. The investment in the pool facility and children's new play areas has further improved an already fantastic holiday park. The Tapas restaurant was great and the new outdoor area added to the experience. We could sit and relax with a wine whilst the kids were safely next to us in the new play area! Our 3rd time of visiting and we will be back next year!
