West Sussex » Chichester

Located just outside the historic town of Chichester, West Sussex, this holiday park probably has more water than land! This means 10 large fishing lakes set in over 150 acres of beautiful Sussex countryside, yet positioned only a few miles from the beach, and the traditional seaside resort of Bognor Regis.

NEW FOR 2023, you’ll find a brand-new, state-of-the-art entertainment and leisure venue with an arcade, bar, restaurant and entertainment venue, and heated indoor swimming pool (with a family fun splash zone)! Moving outside the venue, enjoy al fresco dining on the new outdoor decking area overlooking the lake.

The park is also handily situated just 15 minutes from, amongst other venues, Chichester Golf Club so golfers should be happy.

There’s also historic Arundel Castle and Harbour Park Amusements to explore nearby.

Or should you enjoy a trip to the beach, you’ve a pleasant drive to the Blue Flag beach at West Wittering or the popular south coast resort of Brighton.

Chichester Lakeside is a great Sussex destination so why not visit us this summer?

For a touch of extra comfort why not explore our luxury lodges range? The ultimate in Park Holidays UK accommodation, our range of prime location lodges offer innovative roomy design and luxurious fixtures and fittings, perfect for holiday living.

Super immaculately cleaned by Susan, thank you! Sofa bed mattress is not suitable for sleeping on, its so thin, only about 2cm of foam. Would be good to have some of the 3 bedroomed vans with more than one double bed as twin beds are very narrow for adults. Other than that, brilliant stay!

Lovely park, very clean staff very helpful. Would have been nice to have information leaflets about the local area. The council need to look at the local roads, the roundabouts are very dangerous (someone will have a bad accident or lose their life and this would stop use coming back) .

Caravan was nice and large, very comfortable beds, the fridge freezer was a nice size. But when we got into the caravan we did notice that there was dead flies on the window ledge, there wasn't enough knife, forks, dishes and plates for a caravan that slept 8 people. And could do with a curtain at the door too.

Bad experience, would not re visit as they clearly allow young groups on site.

We were delighted with the cleanliness of the accommodation - this is a big thing for us, which I always worry about prior to arrival.
Can make or break a holiday for me...
It was excellent!
I didn't sleep very well on the beds... but maybe that was just me?!?!

Super week, stunning accommodation, shame the food in the restaurant was so poor, the outdoor pool was very mislead info on the size etc we didn't want to use it as looked very uninviting.

Just a couple of issues gas oven ignition didnt work for the oven so had to light it with a lighter,no bathroom glass, some doors inside wouldnt close eg:en-suite bathroom, bedrooms and no shelves in bathroom to put any thing and no hooks on doors.other than that nice clean caravan oh and also no instructions on how to use the modern microwave.

I would rate this holiday higher if I could everything was perfect, even had a view of one of the lakes which I wasn't expecting to get

A stunning lodge and although cleanliness was a 9, this was only because some of the cups had tea rings in them and there was a sweet wrapper behind a unit in the lounge.
Graham, Swindon
Date of stay: 20th September 2019
More attention to cleaning of windows and decking and having a Hoover in the lodge

2 adults and 1 child aged 11. We highly recommend. Son enjoyed making friends and playing ball in the large field and the climbing frame, scooting up and down on his scooter, the outdoor pool was nice. Small arcade, & enjoyed going for walks along the lakeside with us.
I was extremely happy with the lodge, it was immaculately clean. Towels bedding even dressing gown and slippers provided. Cushions for the outdoor patio set and even some sample/small toiletries and cleaning products provided. There was a dishwasher and washer dryer So we only came home a very small bag of washing! Bluetooth speakers built in to play your music, big TV and tons of storage space In every room, a Walk in wardrobe in both bedrooms. Even hairdryers, an iron and ironing board and a coffee machine included.
Even the park itself was immaculate, they cut the grass, swept the roads and jet washed lodges while we were there. Beautiful place to relax relax we would highly recommend.

A little thing but hooks on the back of doors would give more storage for coats. Also on the back of the bathroom door would provide somewhere to put towels.

Very clean and new spacious caravan. An outside seating area would have been good, however we took our own deckchairs and sat on the grass area.
