The gently sloping golden sands of Dawlish Warren stretch out for more than 2 miles, providing an idyllic haven for swimming and splashing about.

We have a heated indoor pool, a large sun patio and more - and it’s only a short drive from Splashdown Quaywest Water Park and other fantastic local attractions.

Should you choose to stay on site, there’s entertainment on most weekends, with plenty of great dining choices in the clubhouse - a complex which was extensively refurbished in 2020.

There’s also full use of the many facilities at Golden Sands, our lively sister park nearby.

The gold plus caravan we had was one of the refurbished ones. The decor and interior size was fantastic and central heating was a bonus . It was nice to see so much open space from the minute we walked through the door.

Caravan was cleaned to a very high standard when we arrived,bed linen wasn't in caravan went to reception and by the time I got back to caravan there was a member of staff their with new bed linen they was typical of staff very helpful

Although this was a brand new van, we felt that the manufacturers has scrimped a bit on the thickness of the internal walls and some of the space inside. The double bedroom was a bit on the small side and was lacking in storage. Also the wall between the double room and one of the twin rooms was a bit on the thin side - our teenage son could hear every word we said, no matter how quiet we were.

We have stayed in quite a few different vans over the years, including ones at Dawlish Sands, and have always had a slightly bigger double room and more storage in it. Also we have never had a quiet conversation through bedroom walls.

A good clean park. a good 15-20 walk from the beach. The club shop needs enlarging giving a better choice of products.
