Visitor Reviews of Hengar Manor Country Park

Anna, Coventry
Date of stay: 29th August 2020
The holiday was peaceful, relaxing and hugely enjoyable. Accommodation provided ample space - we were a party of 6 adults and an almost 3 year old. We self-catered and had space to share our meals together, play board games and do the all important holiday puzzle. Loved the pool - had been anxious about this because of Covid, but it was really well managed. Excellent location for visiting local beaches - just loved it!

The waterside cabin with hot tub was the best holiday I have had in England. It was so comfortable and relaxed. Everything we needed was in the room, and it was in easy walking distance of the reception, bar/restaurant and the car park for us was easily accessible from the cabin, and I really liked that there is designated parking for each accommodation throughout the complex. My only quibble with the cabin was the size of the twin room, there is nothing that can be done about that, but it is very claustrophobic, however for young children, it would be fine, it was only because 1 adult slept in there, it was way too small and uncomfortable, however she used the sofa bed as an alternative, and she could not fault it

The only thing I could find fault with and thats not the sites fault, was the mattress on the double bed, I suffer from a back injury and found the bed extremely bad for my back, but again not the sites fault and we have already come up with a way to make it more comfortable for when we come back at Christmas.
