This caravan as much smaller than the pictures when booking. The caravan was on the edge of the road so you step out the door into the road, no pavement!! The oven didnt work despite me complaining 3 times, the mattress on the double bed didnt fit the frame, only two hangers in the wardrobes, no storage in the twin room, the shower was slippery, no mat or grippers on the base, no where to hang up your coats, the kitchen wasnt equipped I had to go to ASDA to buy a few bits. No privacy in the caravan, everyone can see into it during the dayunless you pulled the curtains. The dining table seating was not enough to fit our party of 5 as there was a small bench & two round stools. The external light didnt work & I complained the morning after we arrived as it was very dark where we was situated but nothing changed once again.it seemed nothing got done when we went to the reception.

Had a great holiday all staff very friendly and helpful manager very professional and friendly and went out of his way to rectify the problems we had And we certainly would come back to valley farm in the near future the guests are a lot to be disused but overall great holiday. Just one complaint the kitchen bench seats were awkward and used up lot of space prefer corner unit or nice table chairs

Caravan too small. Internet router not connected to power, with no power supply. Once I had diagnosed the issue reception said they would send an extension lead, so I could plug in the router, but this never arrived. Two kids with no internet access all holiday, how happy do you think the holiday was !!

The caravans was clean and tidy upon arrival. Although the sofa had a few cigarette burns on them and some of the beading needed attention but apart from that was well worth the price we paid

The caravan was a little dusty when we went in, but nothing a polish couldnt help.
The site was clean, bar and shop very good.
Only thing annoying was as hot as it was the outdoor pool was only open sat/sun when we arrived and closed the rest of the week. Which was rather frustrating.
