The carvan itself was lovely! The sofa was so comfortable! Shower was a little small but I'm a tall person so I expected this. The only issues I had with the carvan itself was the freezer is really small and there was no hover.

The caravan was lovely, just was not enough for children to do on site .. my daughter loves the entertainment when we go away but sadly this was limited for your children at 7pm every night they had bingo ? Not everyone wants to play bingo every night and if you do you have to keep your siblings quiet !!! I suffesr having more entertainment for kids until about 8.30 -9pm then start maybe bingo every other day !!! Just didnt seem geared up for kids

Very poor set out of the caravans. You have to park your car in a parking area then walk and try and find the caravan. Not much to do. Food was nor very nice. I was expecting a decking area to sit outside bur nothing. Very overlooked and will not be returning unless I'm discounted.

Recommend Todd Griffin highly. HIGHFIELD GRANGE HOLIDAY PARK. We arrived friday 25th August FOR ONE WEEK. We checked into our caravan to find it wasn't clean at all. I had to go straight back to reception to get it re cleaned. We waited for someone else to come & clean the van. We had a vary kind, friendly, lovely young man come round. His name was Todd Griffin. Works for Hoghfield Grange Holiday Park. He cleaned our entire van again for us. He put the travel cot up fpr my baby as well. I can't recommend him enough. Such a nice kind lovely person. We went out of his was to help us out.

Leak in the cupboard area by the bathroom, we were only given saucepans and no frying pan. One teaspoon and our shelf in the fridge was broken and looked like it had been broken previously and stuck back on.

The cooker switch was broken in the caravan. The seats in the living area were very hard so unable to relax on them. The bed was a memory foam mattress which made it very hard to get a good nights sleep, and it was a very small double bed. The caravan seemed like it wasnt balanced correctly as when walking it wobbled and in the shower you felt like you was on a ship causing slight motion sickness. The utensils and crockery was dirty on arrival. Parking the car was very tight with caravans in front and other vehicles parked. The entertainment could have been better suited to adults and bingo was very expensive to play.

Bit far from the beach not much going on in the park itself unless you like drunk chavs rolling about.

Very nice caravan, spacious and comfortable, stylish and the French doors were an added extra.
The cleanliness however wasn't upto standard baring in mind at this moment the cleanliness should be at highest level.
We had to wipe windows down as they had sticky hand prints, wipe the side down and the hob on the oven. We had to wipe the toilet as it was grubby and had to really sweep the carpets as there was crumbs and hair on it.
We enjoyed our stay in this caravan just a shame we had to do all this cleaning when had just arrived.

The caravan was clean and presentable. Bed comfy and furniture comfy. The shower however was very small and the doors opened in a awkward way would have been better with one door which opened out.

Date of stay: 13th May 2019
Cleanliness of caravan was second to none
Rebecca, Carterton
Date of stay: 20th April 2019
The caravan was lovely and modern.

The lower score given for furniture and fittings is due to the shelf in the bathroom being broken, a knob on the cooker had been broken off, a few bedroom lights didnt work and the front door was very squeaky.

On arrival a toilet roll had been left in the sink in the toilet and the tap had been dripping on it, it was sodden and unusable. Silly place to put it seeing as there was an empty loo roll holder.

Cannot fault the caravan but before renting check can be done that families have not remove the utensil quota.

Well kept property, clean and modern. Issues with wet room pouring water into corridor but staff quickly worked to help sort this out.
