Sadly this caravan had had a long season ..there was a hole in the wall made by door handle . Sofa was marked booked for 5 but only 4 chairs?Needed a coffee table However Kitchen was well equipped & en-suite bigger than expected

Caravan was aa 4 berth as we only took 2 of our children. Door mat needs replacing and would be ideal if they gave couple outdoor chairs. Beds very comfy and clean. Floor few marks but overall decent caravan

Unfortunately I felt a little 'mis sold' as the pictures attached to the swan caravan and even the layout shown at the time of booking showed opening doors at the end of the caravan. There were no doors only windows.

Caravan was of good standard very compact we all banged knees/stubbed toes in bedrooms. Kitchen lacked working tin opener and oven was working properly.

Caravan lacked wardrobe and drawer space for clothes, this caravan was ok for two persons and toilet space was far too small, the only way to sit on it was sideways

A really lovely, spacious apartment with all the amenities needed including a bath with power shower. Very clean on arrival and friendly staff on hand for anything needed. The mattress in the double room needed replacing as could feel the springs so something to look at. Overall very happy!

The sandpiper apartment was excellent all utensils were provided the beds were really comfy and we all enjoyed sitting out on the balcony over looking the park.

Had a Great time with our grandsonsThe caravan was spacious and had everything we neededAttention to the cleaning could of been a bit better,as the freezer section of fridge was full of ice that I had to chip away at before putting food in it.The mattress in double bed had someone else's hair on it,I only found when I stripped the bed to leave

Caravan was clean and tidy although the carpet could of done with a good clean and more utensils could of been in the caravan for when we were eating in. The oven took a while to get going. There was handle for the grill tray so had to use a tea towel. Beds were made up on arrival we just needed to bring towels but think there should be an option for you to have towels too just so it's convenient and easier for us. Make sure you have the water on all the time as with four of us the hot water soon got used.

Im been coming to Yarmouth since I was a young girl with my mum and and family Yarmouth its self is a bit run down now but on the others hand its what you make it I think Vauxhall has lovely friendly staff and helpful

There were two showers, the ensuite was very temperamental, either scolding or cold, the other was scolding or boiling and couldn't be used. the toilets didn't flush very well either.We booked for three nights but left after two. I wouldn't go back!

Over all the accommodation was nice but cleaning could be done better. A lot of dirty marks that just needed to be wiped down, that let it down. Had two pillows but only one set had pillow cases.just the little things that need to be sorted to make this excellent

5 of us stayed in a swan caravan and enjoyed out stay. Mattresses were very comfortable and it was very clean. A little more storage for shoes, coats etc would be nice. We did have cigarette ends left outside. Nice location on the camp
