Its was great as always, handy for many great places to visit. Lovely hosts.
Simply wonderful. We loved every minute staying in this beautiful lodge.
Quiet and relaxing
Would highly recommend Kingsford Lodge. The whole family really enjoyed it.
Had a lovely time. The best Lodge and Park ever stayed on. Lodges looked as new and the grounds were kept spotless by Debbie and her team. Great care taken over recycling and both this and normal waste was collected from the bins daily to avoid litter being attacked by birds! Hot tub was amazing. Mentioned a light in the bathroom was not working and they could not have got onto the case any quicker - giving us an update as soon as they saw us (as fitting not available initially and would be a day's delay).
The Farm down a narrow lane but not a problem and we coped with it when the need arose. The road was made up and not earth and stones/gravel. Sometimes, we could go in and out and not see another vehicle. The SAT NAV took us on narrower roads as we travelled around the county!
Lovely break away. Highly recommended.

I think I said it in the other review.spotless lodge comfortable and had everything we needed and more.peaceful and quiet
So lovely and peaceful and close to Exeter and Dartmoor if you wanted to go out.
We had a lovely stay here as always. I was left a bottle of bubbly by the owner for my birthday which was a lovely surprise. The lodge has everything you need, except food. Maybe needs some tongs for cooking but that's the only thing we missed. Lovely clean lodge and the hot tub is amazing. We found a lovely little post office and village shop just at the bottom of the road out in the Pathfinder Village. Small shop but has all the essentials if you have run out of anything and don't fancy driving to Sainsburys. The road down to the lodge is a one track lane so drive carefully but once at the lodge it is so lovely and peaceful its worth the drive! Darts Farm is worth a visit, Budleigh Salterton is lovely and also Dawlish Warren. We will most definitely be back again.

This is the third time we have stayed in this lodge and can't wait to go back again.
We love this place, owners are lovely, lodges are lovely which is why we come back time and time again.
An amazing place to relax and recharge your batteries stargazing at night in the hot tub
This is a truly beautiful lodge in a beautiful destination. After seeing other reviews I was concerned about the drive up to the farm however for devon the road leading to it was really quite spacious!! The lodge had everything we needed! It really was a home from home, so much so we cooked a full roast chicken with all the trimmings! There was lots of leaflets in the lodge which was very helpful! We spent most of our days out exploring Devon and our evenings in the cosy living room and popping out to the hottub was just a big plus!! We will definitely recommend kingsford farm to all friends and family for a quiet get away! Thank you!!
This place was absolutely beautiful. We loved every minute and my children would have moved in and stayed given the opportunity! Beautifully presented, clean and roomy. Thoroughly enjoyed :)
We have been 3 times previously and always enjoyed our time. The lodges are cosy, warm and very well equipped for someone who likes to cook. The surrounding countryside is beautiful and so peaceful, good for the nerves, our hosts were on hand if needed and very helpful, we will be back.....
What a fabulous relaxing weekend! The lane to Kingsford Lodges is just that! A TYPICAL single track country lane complete with passing places and the odd pothole. If one is driving with due care and attention such lanes are not a problem at all. I would like to point out that the lane is not the responsibility of the owners! We were met by Debbie who was both professional and friendly in introducing herself and explaining different aspects to make our stay relaxed and enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble. The lodges are sensitively positioned to ensure each has a lovely view and that the hot tub area is private. We found the lodge to be very clean and contained everything we needed and more! It was very warm and homely with a comfortable bed and enough comfortable seating and space in the lounge if there were four of us. The recycling aspect is not rocket science and we are all doing it at home now any way aren't we? It is worth mentioning that even today not all plastics are recyclable so check your plastics! If you want to stay somewhere where everything you need and more is on site, not to mention the noise and mayhem that goes with it, then Kingsford Lodges are not for you. If however like us you simply want a quiet, peaceful, and relaxing break in beautiful countryside where the only sounds are those of the natural world, then you will enjoy this little paradise. This was our first visit but it certainly will not be our last!
Lovely lodge, lovely rooms and furniture and loved the hot tub. The location was a bit out in the sticks which on one hand is nice but the road to the lodges was very uneven and not good for my car. Plus the disposing of rubbish was too complicated for being holiday with three separate bins for things
Well equipped clean and tidy, a thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing break highly recommended.
Friendly and helpful will be staying again soon
A perfect short break in a lovely clean lodge with everything we could need. Beautiful grounds and the fishing was great, as was the hot tub. It is a very peaceful location and a real get away from it all place. Easy to get into Exeter and on to Dartmoor. We will definitely book again.
Excellent we will be visiting again. My husband and son loved the fishing . Quiet , relaxing and the weather was fantastic .
