The toilet broke, and it was seriously cold even with the heating on. But they moved us into a different van so it was resolved

Caravan was dated. We did have a problem locking one of the doors and when locked didnt really feel secure. Problem was reported but nothing was done about it.

The holiday itself was very layed back. There was a nice little fire in the caravan that would heat the place up quickly and in each of the bedrooms there was little heaters to heat them up too, the only problem with the bedroom heaters is that they took forever to heat the room up and youd more than likely be sleeping in a cold bedroom. The bed although where pretty comfortable and enough pillows where given in the master room and the smaller bedroom. There was a gas oven that worked like a dream very easy to use and very useful for cooking anything you needed. The sofa was a little small and a little uncomfortable as it could fit plenty of people on it but you didnt have much space for your bum otherwise a very nice caravan

We felt the caravan was considerably older than the photos in the booking lead us to believe. We accept they were just an example but there was a considerable difference. However the caravan was spacious, comfortable and very clean. Bed linen provided was clean but old and just in a bin bag rather than sealed laundry bag. Oven, fridge and microwave all very good but not very well equipped with crockery, cutlery etc, although we had only booked for 2 so it's possible some had been removed given the current situation.

The fire wasn't always easy to light. The stove was dirtier than expected. There was a door that didn't close as well as it should have. Not as many TV channels as standard freeview. However we were generally warm and comfortable and as stated didn't spend much of the day in the caravan. Suggest possible addition of plug sockets in living room. Although we didn't bring a pet I explored the dog walking area and feel this could be improved. Great value for money though and we all had a wonderful time :)

This van is a reconditioned older van and is the lowest but one grade (P).

Don't let that put you off. The van is as new, spacious and comfortable.
It is 12' wide and has plenty of cupboard storage.

It has 2 toilets which would be useful to a large party.
