Perfect.staff were welcoming.the lodge was perfect had additional things we were not expecting.there was tea coffee biscuits.slippers.all shower toiletries.dish washer tablets.can not fault the holiday at all .near all amenities and very private.it was nice to use the hot tub without people passing by.really went the extra mile to make you welcome

Had a lovely week away in bay tree lodge 1. Quiet and peaceful through the day and night. Hot tub is a plus to chill in the evening or even in the day. Tenby just a 20-30 min drive away with a nice restaurant called Qube, other restaurants and shops nearby. Only let down is there was at least 3 spiders coming in from somewhere every night, and woodlice but didnt ruin the stay! Would highly recommend for a little break.

A few things in the cabin need to be addressed. The toilet in the main bedroom takes ages to refill. The decking at the front of the cabin is starting to collapse. Also a set of steps directly down to the hot tub would be nice rather than having to walk the full length of the decking to the front of the cabin and then walking along the gravel to the back of the cabin to where the hot tub is.

Our stay here was absolutely amazing. It is well equipped with everything you will need and more. The lodge itself is stunning. To wake up every morning to the peacefulness of this place is out of this world. Seeing the Robins right outside your door on a frosty morning was great. If you need to recharge your batteries or just get away from it all this is the place to go. My only regret is that I didn't book for longer. I was upset to leave and so was hubby. The hottub was surprisingly lovely on a Starry clear night at -2. I would highly recommend staying here. I will definitely be going back.

The lodge was absolutely good value for money, we felt at home straight away and in particular enjoyed using the hot tub. We wished we could use the hot tub on the final day of our stay, perhaps this can be thought about for future stays.

Lodge was very clean. Kitchen well equipped with modern appliances. DVDs provided but no player and jigsaws provided but all pieces were muddled between about 5 boxes! No drying rack for clothes.

We had an incident with Bay tree lodge but were immediately offered another lodge which was larger but just as well situated. The only downside was the television reception was terrible.

Our 2nd fortnight stay at this Lodge, definite change in level of upkeep since last year. Stains and dust on blinds in dining area and kitchen area, slash in kitchen cupboard door, crack in fridge interior, dusty bed side tables, no mattress protector, stains on kitchen ceiling. There had been a recent change of ownership so would be a shame to see further decline.
